Having been having having issues with HSA debit card. Customer Service reps do not listen to my problem. Supervisors say they will call back, but they do not.

havent been able to access my account for months. says to call system admin. I did that and they said use the app. tried that and cant log in, says call system admin to unlock. what gives....horrible company.

They are not responsive. The title company they hired to do my closing did not discuss homesteading with us. Now 2 years later I am playing catchup to get it done. I called Alerus and the original banker has left the company and no one even calls me back. Have had other responsiveness issues with them.
