“Top notch customer service! We were visiting ND when we hit a deer with our car. The deer totaled the car, and I was beside myself with worry. Brad and Liz were amazing! They walked me through every step of the process and had the insurance estimate completed in no time at all. It was an extensive estimate. Our car ended up being totaled, which brought on more questions that they gladly answered. They removed our plates and kept them in the office until we could pick them up. I can not say enough about our experience with Dale's. A shop that is absolutely doing what is best for their customers!”
