“love making a trip to The Nines to do some shopping. The clothes are alway cute and I alway find an outfit that I love. The shoes selection is also awesome!. “We stopped in before leaving the mall today. The service was good. Staff greeted us with a smile, and asked if we needed help finding anything. The environment was clean, and easy to navigate. The merchandise is SO cool! We ended up buying 3 shirts, and a hat that unfortunately doesn't fit us because it's too small. It looked really cute though... Couldn't resist. We will definitely stop by again sometime to give our wardrobe an upgrade. Thanks for the great service, and keep up the good work.”
“Usually I dread going into this store as I have often experienced pushy and rude sales people (even to the point of insulting the jeans I was wearing in an attempt to sell me theirs) but I love their clothes and decided to place an order for pickup. As I anxiously entered the store anticipating another bad encounter I was warmly greeted by Grace who stopped what she was doing to help me get my order. She offered for me to try my order on and got me a changing room right away despite her being busy. She was so kind and changed the way I feel about this store. Thanks for your help Grace!”

“As far as Old Navy locations go, this one is no different. You know exactly what you're gonna get. Fairly priced ordinary clothing thst will last a long time and I wouldn't want it any other way. There's something for the whole family here.”
“Updating this as I went in for the 1st time in 4 years and just...wow.. service was horrible. No one greeted and let us know what the sales were and no one came and asked if I wanted a dressing room started. The associates were too busy visiting with each other. The store had very slim pickings. Couldn't find many 3 or 4s. And the dressing room was super cluttered.Just had such a great experience in this store! After reading these reviews I was nervous to go there. But the girls where so nice!! Very helpful with my exchange of two swimsuits that were to small. Of course I had to try on a new one and decided to try on more clothes as I don't come to Fargo often. I don't remember their names but it was two longer haird blondes(maybe Ali and Britt) and the third girl had short purplish hair. They live up to the normal of other torrid stores!”

From customer service both in store at their DT Sioux Falls location to over the phone when I placed an online order, their team was polite, kind, and personable. I love the clothes so much - quality, style, and uniqueness - but I think I've enjoyed the overall atmosphere and care in their customer service more. I recommend to all my friends and although I am already a repeat customer, I will continue to buy!”

“Stopped in to take a look at the store. For a small store they offer a decent amount of products. Got to give them credit working to operate a store on top of another job! The products are what you might find anywhere else!

“This is my favorite place to shop for upscale clothing that is presently in style. Prices are so reasonable. Nice rooms to try on the clothes before you buy. All the clothing is either new or in like new condition. I no longer live in Fargo altho it is the one place I go to each time I head back for a visit. Staff are all so nice and very helpful.”

“Im a guy who likes to shop for his girlfriend. What I found is that Kittsona is pretty accommodating for ideas for a gift, whether is clothes or other Knick knacks . By no means am I good at shopping but they always seem to have stuff she likes.”
“I had the best service ever. I don't like to shop, but 2 clerks helped me and asked several times. I think her name was Tatum, she was friendly and so very helpful by bringing choices back to fitting room, along with other clerk asking if I needed help here and there as well.
West Acres location was the best. Dilworth location was not helpful, so I choose to go to West Acres now.”

“I went shopping at Kohl's with my 12 year old granddaughter yesterday. We had been at Target and they had nothing in clothes that she could or would wear. Kohl;s had a wonderful section of clothes for her to choose! Big variety and many sizes. The store was really neat and tidy. I was very impressed.”
