Our whole experience with Wimmer’s has been nothing but helpful, respectful, and efficient. When buying an engagement ring for my now fiancé, Tricia Gates was able to impart her expertise to me in an accessible way. Best of all, she took in what I knew my fiancé wanted and did not “upsell” me on a ring at the high end of our range. Instead, we found a ring that my fiancé said was perfect. We’ve since gone back to buy our wedding bands from Wimmer’s, as well, and Tricia was very patient with me as I was indecisive on what I wanted. She went the extra mile to help me, and now I have a ring that I love. I can’t say enough about how less stressful Tricia and Wimmer’s has made this process. We will be returning to Wimmer’s regularly & exclusively for future purchases.

You cannot beat Wimmers’ awesome local service. I was just buying a simple toe ring and they worked so hard to get it sized correctly for me, which was tricky. So different from dealing with a national chain. We do all of our fine jewelry shopping at Wimmer‘s.

Our son Colt passed away in February due to heart surgery. His first birthday is tomorrow and I could not wait to surprise my husband with this beautifully made bracelet. Aaron and Brenda were so helpful in creating this very meaningful piece. Wimmers has truly helped us celebrate our son. Happy Birthday Colt Bruce Watters. Forever our pride and joy.

Wimmer's Diamonds was an excellent place to get our wedding bands. Deb was extremely helpful and guided us in all the options. We got both the groom and brides wedding bands here and as well the solder the rings together for free. They were able to answer all our questions and were extremely friendly.Rosie was the cutest staff member who loved her belly rub every time we went in.I will have to go back to get my wife an anniversary present sometime in the future!

Tricia was super helpful with showing me all my options and helping me pick out a custom piece design as well. All while staying in my budget! She wasn't pushy or rushing me like I've experienced in some chain stores. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future!
