    Own a gutter machine of theirs that they stopped production of the machine, but why not keep a small stock of parts on hand is well beyond me. Will be upgrading this off season, however will look elsewhere. 8 WEEKS for a guillotine for a machine is asinine. The people are nice, however this is absolutely HORRENDOUS dealer... read full comment

    Customer support/service is not good, and seems to be a poorly managed and run business. Response I got after 4 attempted contacts was sorry I have been busy... Cool, well I just spent over 10k on your products so...
