Glad we had a Walgreens and that it was open late. I had cut myself pretty bad and Walgreens was the only place around to sell Bleedstop powder. They also have a good selection of any other first aid needs you might need.

I never go to Walgreens, but I needed a specific first aid item I was struggling to find elsewhere. I found it, brought it to the register, and it rang up at almost twice as much as it was labeled for. I thought maybe I’d missed a card-member only sale tag, but I didn’t remember there being a sale tag at all. I mentioned it to the cashier, who got really defensive asking me if I had a card. I said I wanted to check the tag, and was met again with defensive response from the cashier “or you could just sign up for the card”.I checked the tag, and found the item was stocked with incorrect signage. There were no sales tags, and signing up for the card wouldn’t have corrected the pricing error that was caused by whoever had stocked the area.The cashier had been so rude to me, I didn’t want to go back up to the register to show them photos of the area where the item was found and have the price corrected. It was stocked and priced incorrectly. I chose to leave.I’ve honestly never been treated so poorly by customer service. I’ve worked customer service, I always try to be kind to other customer service employees, and what I thought was a genuine question or concern was met with immediate defense and rudeness.

I'm sure the experience would have been better had they actually answered the phone and remembered that there's customers on the other end. After multiple attempts & 45 minutes on hold someone finally answers just to ask to put me on hold again & never ended up taking the call. I will never set foot in this store if this is the kind of customer service you provide. No wonder why people are using Amazon nowadays. You've just lost a customer.

worst customer service experience of my life trying to get a Western Union. all the male staff were horribly rude and treated me poorly because their system wasnt working. the dude with the beard behind the photo counter smelled so bad i wanted to vomit. one employee wasnt wearing any uniform or nametag with long dreds and treated me like garbage literally walked off while i was still asking questions. i hope this helps someone because this experience ruined my day completely.

Good choice!UPDATED SEPT 25, 2023I'm just back to say nice things about this store again.This time it was Katy whose help was above and beyond. I seriously hate buying makeup, and I'm sure every woman has felt this.Katy took the time to help me make choices that are too subjective to make alone sometimes.AND it was getting close to closing time! But she and Karfalla were both so sweet. Never rushing me or acting like I was being a pain.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU.

Over the last few months service at this store (4201 13th Ave S, Fargo) has gone down hill; understaffed, staff with a 'yeah-whatever' attitude.This store has also decided to selectively honor prices from the weekly ad; walk-in to buy something that's on sale (per weekly ad) and you may or may not get the same sale price at this store ... *but* ... if you order the same exact item as an online-for-local-pickup order then you'll get the sale price.Thankfully there are 2 other Walgreens in the area (granted, a few extra miles of driving) that still have great service *and* they honor all sales prices from the weekly ad.

This is a review for CVS Pharmacy. Filling a prescription here was painfully slow, we waited over 30 minutes for a prescription to be filled. What a joke.

I wouldn't go here for shots, like I filled in my daughter's info it was right I noticed on the first paperwork they had it was wrong I said something she said they would fix it next time I went in it was still wrong I said something again, but now she's not in the system (MyIR) which is really bad if we were to try to travel out of country because it works like forged the paperwork which could land me in jail all cause someone couldn't get a simple name right or a child's birthday.

My two photo books were supposed to be ready by 3 PM. I arrive at 9 PM and they haven't even started. The lady at the photo desk said she has no idea how to do them. After scrambling, she says she can get them done. I return a few minutes before they close and take them. When I get home, they aren't even stapled into the book, the pages have not even been cut and the bleed had rough edges. I called and said I need to get these replaced she said call back in the morning. I call back in the morning and the manager says to send them again they would work on them as soon as possible. They were supposed to be ready by 11:30 AM. I call at 2 PM and they're not ready. The lady assures me that she would let me know when they are ready. It's now 9 PM and I haven't heard anything. I called but no answer. The line says they are busy with other callers. I drive 15 minutes to the store. There's a sign on the door that says sorry for the inconvenience but we closed at 7:30 PM. No one bothered to tell me! This is now day two of complete incompetence at this Walgreens.

Changed their hours (closed early for numerous days) with no way to know this. I travel and use for fedex and ups pickups and now I am held up a day because this trash location couldn't even take the time to post the info or put it on the recording or contact me. F U Walgreens!!!!
