I have been a customer for over 20 years. I have seen a steady decline in their service department over the years. Every other time I take something in to get serviced they either can't complete it or actually damage something in the process. I've given them a "second chance" about 5 times. I've had 2 botched oil changes, the easiest thing they do. Try to get ahold of them and your pressing buttons and leaving voice mails. 10 calls this week and a voice mail earlier in the week and still can't talk to anyone. The last voicemail I left, they returned 6 weeks later. They sell the most amazing cars on the road, but not even close to being worth the aggravation their service department brings with them. Save yourself lots of trouble and go anywhere else.

I was on a family cross country road trip in our VW Jetta with my wife and 4 year old son. Our car broke down on I 94 and since this was the closest VW dealer I chose to have it towed here. After finding a hotel for the night, the next morning I walked down to talk with the service department staff to see if they could help diagnose my car and possibly get us on our way again as we were quite desperate and had a family wedding to be at 2 days later. The staff working at the service desk simply kept brushing me off saying "we will try to get you in, but we're very busy ".When I inquired how long it could be, they said it could be a few weeks. I came back later in the day to see if anything had changed that I could even maybe get the codes scanned. It felt like I was being met with more annoyance and ignorance from the service desk staff than anything. So after not having any assistance at all , even while I was pulling and checking my own fuses in the parking lot in broad daylight , I decided to call the dealership 500 miles away at home. My home dealership was more than happy to help. I had to tow my car on a trailer behind a friends truck all the way home. By 9AM the next morning my issue was fixed and wouldn't have caused this dealership more than a couple hours to help out a stranded family. If you're ever in a pinch don't count on an ounce of sympathy or help from these guys. By far the most ignorant service staff I have ever experienced anywhere in my travels.

Brought my Benz in for service and the staff are friendly and educated. I feel they listened to me about having my Mercedes looked at and serviced . Had a cup of coffee while I worked in the waiting room for my coworker to pick me up even though they asked me if they could drop me by work.

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a car from here 2 years ago brand new off the lot. I was told it's a reliable car convinced into buying it right away. Mind you after i got it it didn't even come with a spare tire. After I bought it they said I can't even take it home same day because they have a recall on it. Fast forward a year and the transmission needs to be replaced on a car with less than 20,000 miles. It's covered under warranty but they said I will owe $9,000. I fought them on it and contacted Mitsubishi myself and the dealership finally waved the "warranty" they had my car from December 2022-March 2023. After fixing my transmission they stripped a nut on my axel and had to replace the whole thing meaning my car is out longer. I got no reimbursement for my car being out that long even after I asked if they could rotate my tires and do an oil change since they have had my car for 4 months. Nope it wasn't done. Then after all of this they didn't put my newer car together correctly and the AC doesn't work. I've called the service advisor I've been dealing with no response emailed him no response. Just think hard and long before buying something here because you most likely will have to pay for it yourself. All they want is money.

My son and girlfriend were looking for a new car for her. They basically judged them on age, they wouldn't be able to afford what they wanted. When the credit came back good, they offered 14% interest! They went to get financing somewhere else and were able to be prequalified at a good rate. Came back for a sales agreement and said they would take the car. Got the financing, called to pick it up and it was sold! They even offered to put $1000 down to make sure it was held and they were told no, they don't do that. It would be there for them tomorrow. What a joke. And yes, I was on the phone with them when they were talking to the salesman. I am thinking they dodged a bullet. We think they found some sucker to finance at 14%....Poor, Poor, customer service.

My wife and I decided to look at some used cars on Saturday just window shopping. Zach pulled up everything we asked to see, after looking at three vehicles on the lot we were told about one that was coming in really shortly that fit our wants a little better. We ended up buying it and trading in our car. The trade in value was really fair. The whole sales experience was easy and smooth with Marshall and Bob taking care of the financing. After a few days we decided to get the windows tinted and the diamond shield windshield treatment which was extremely easy to set up with with Valley reconditioning as Zach and Marshal took care of all the details.

One star is the minimum but they really deserve a zero. We took a vehicle, covered by third-party warranty, for a new transmission. They had the car for more than 5 months and at a cost of over $20,000!! We picked up the vehicle and within an hour of driving, the car wouldn't accelerate (and we were driving on the freeway). We had to have it towed back to their dealership where it took them 10 days to determine that nothing was wrong and they wanted to charge us $1,000 for the privilege. After a long discussion, they cut the price by 50% like they were doing us a favor. It was, overall, a very very frustrating experience. I have another luxury car for which they are an "authorized dealer" but I would rather drive to Minneapolis than take it to them. Doesn't seem like they really care about taking care of the customer. You've been warned. Proceed with caution.

Didn't even make it to the PARKING LOT!! Judge you based on your wallet- don't care about what you actually want or need.... HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! Im not going to buy something because they think I should.Will gladly give you all the texts Mr. Jeff
