Salesman I originally worked with was nice but I ended up purchasing a lens protector that they had to mail to me, well I never received it and when I went to ask them about it, they said there was nothing they would do about it unless I could prove I never got it... don't waste your money on accessories, we are out 35$ when you can just purchase them for much cheaper on Amazon!

Had to get my sim card switched out because it quit working on me and even though I wasn’t an account manager on my plan they helped make it a quick and easy process! Everyone was very friendly and helpful??

We have purchased a simple phone from 45th st Verizon. Olga's customer service was very commendable. She listened to all our needs and provided what matches best for us. Corporate line? Stores need a direct line so people can ask questions. Especially if someone is checking on a pick up order that got cancelled. If it's an actual location there needs to some way to contact them. The automated system just keeps you going in a circles. I was eventually able to talk to someone who sorted out the issue and got me in touch with someone in the store, but spending 15 minutes trying different routes to contact them is unexceptable.

A $30 service fee to help set up the $1,500 phone I just bought from Verizon is ridiculous. I’ve been to this store numerous times and the staff have always been helpful. I’m furious and disappointed, specifically with the manager. I walked in fully prepared to buy all the accessories needed for a new phone, I wouldn’t even have been a hard sell on a new watch, but I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Friendly staff but…I brought in a phone under warranty with a cracked screen. The guy who helped us tried to convince us to close that line and start a new line with a new phone number. I believe he tried that to maximize his commissions at the expense of honest customer service. We had the phone repaired under warranty at ubreakit I fix it - which is almost directly across the street.

Horrible won't help set up device but still get charged a $30 "service" fee. My phone is emitting 410 voltz/meter at 21.6°C while charging.
