I had a very bad experience at this location.I originally wanted to get a new phone, I was paying $86 with AT&T for a new phone with a plan that had 60gb of hotspot. When I went to get set up with Verizon they didn’t give me a choice they automatically put me on a $100 plan that had Apple music, Apple TV things I didn’t care for but this was because my phone is valued at $1,000 but if I want a cheaper plan it will drop the value of my phone to $800. They never explained why this is. And I was charged a down payment so after a week I came back to return everything because if the price $125 every month for my one phone. They charged me $30 to just transfer my information back. The Manager Tom was very aggressive when I came back to return my phone told me I won’t receive my money back and had to wait 6-8 weeks and I was supposed to receive a check, when I paid with my card and he wouldn’t even verify the address it was supposed to get sent to, flat out told me he didn’t know when he was already in my account I had to ask numerous time before he told me. Also told me to expect a bill. So I then called customer service they told me I won’t have a bill cause the paperwork Tom gave me with a bill was going to be waved he also didn’t explain this to me. The customer service over the then proceeded and helped me with the amount I paid and explained that because I paid with a card I’ll receive my money back on my card within 24-72hrs completely opposite of what Tom told me. Very disappointed with my experience at this location and I wouldn’t recommend.

Wouldn’t help me solve a problem with my account. Went to another store to get the problem fixed and the employee said the people in the mall only help if you’re buying something they get commission on. Choose a different store

Manager Tom made rude about a death in my family, saying he needed to see a death certificate, even though I told him Verizon Customer support asked to care of that.

This is a very fine place to get a phone and transact other business with Verizon Wireless. I've done so a couple times now, and I'll probably do it again.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I went in there to get off a business plan. Obviously I’m not the account owner, they told me to call a number sat on hold for 40 minutes just to find out the account owner needs to do this. When they could have went on to our business account and looked and found out who paid the bill and walked them through a transfer (I’ve done this before and the Verizon I went to did this same thing), but no here I am wasting two hours of my time. Very much appreciate the lake of effort and customer service. I’ve gotten better customer service at a McDonald’s drive through.

We went to the shop and spent over $800 on a new Iphone and accessories. While the phone was booting up we had a question and the manager Tom told us he couldn't help us unless we payed a separate set up fee.

They need to get all of their employees in the same page. Went in last week to check the price of cancelling my current plan on my individual phone line. I was told I had two payments on my iPhone and then I could close the account. I come in today and the guy wouldn't even let me get my name on the list to be helped. Said I can only cancel my phone plan online. Okay why do I have one guy trying to help and giving me information I need and the next guy is basically saying the employee is useless. Just frustrating. Give me one answer and stick to it.

After a terrible 2 hour online experience, Sarah and Tom saved the day! We have been Verizon prepaid customers for many years but decided to make the move to postpaid so we wouldn't get throttled back when in congested areas. I spent 2 painful hours chatting with an online rep, Tine, to get our lines transferred. I completed the credit application and even spoke with a representative to confirm my identity. We were upgrading 2 lines with new phones so I received emails confirming the order and was told that I could pick up the new phones at the store in 2 hours. When we arrived at the store (4 hours later) they could not find our order. So those 2 hours were a complete waste as we had to start the entire process all over again. Thankfully Sarah was a wiz and made the process much easier! We had some trouble transferring from our old iPhone to our new iPhones so she even assisted with that. When her shift was up, she gave us her phone number and told us to call or text if we had any issues. She also said she would follow up the next day to ensure that one of the promotions we were offered online was honored. We stayed in the store even after Sarah left to ensure we had working phones. Tom, the manager, continually checked on us and assisted any time we ran into a hurdle. Both Sarah and Tom are phenomenal at their jobs making us feel like valued customers. The next day Sarah followed up to make sure everything had transferred correctly and to see if we had any questions. She helped me get my online account squared away. True to her word, she followed up 2 days later to make sure the promotion was applied to our account. I can't say enough good things about Sarah!! Don't waste your time online and go see Sarah or Tom in the West Acres store!

I had some questions and needed new cases for my phone and iPad. I was greeted at once and helped very quickly. The rep that I worked with was very helpful except for one incident. I asked about having a problem with my alarms on the phone. Now I have never had an issue of any kind with the actual software. And he looked at me like I was dumb and very snotty told me that Apple would have to help with that. How exactly would I have known that if I had never had an issue? Other than that, the service was great and I got what I needed and was done in a timely manner.
