I had a very pleasant visit, surprisingly. I think if you set expectations properly and understand that people here deserve to be treated in a kind and respectful manner, it usually works out.

I've been trying to call this location for a week and not one person picks up. They don't even give you a chance to leave a message. This is completely unprofessional.

Usually there are two or three employees working the counter during peak hours. Traffic seems well managed whenever I need to wait in line. I’ve noticed that the employees here are friendly, helpful, and incredibly patient with the more “special” customers who are totally unfamiliar with post office regs.

The black hole for packages. Feel free to call and have it ring for 5 min so they can auto hang up on you. I miss 10 yrs ago when these places actually could do their jobs.

These people clearly hate their job. Rude to even the most friendly people for no reason. Go to Moorhead or West Fargo instead.

Stood in line for 30 minutes just to be told by Jonas or whatever his dumb name was that he cant print a usps label? Okay cool. “So I can’t pint it off here why?” He says “I just said that” all aggressively and then says “next” like we’re. It done here. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Hope that old man gets fired.

Literally the slowest usps store I’ve ever been too. They only have two people working on Saturday and one of them is off in the back room doing god knows what, when there’s literally 10 other people in line waiting patiently.

My mail has been delivered all over my neighborhood and I need to deliver my neighbor's mail that I receive also. It's been happening quite a while and the Prairewood post office only has a recording and impossible to speak to anyone

The few times I've gone in to mail a package their is only 1 or two people working the front on a Saturday.
Plus they always seem annoyed with people.
I've tried to always have my things ready to go, but when I'm shipping things over seas to my deployed husband there is only so much I can do online.
I wish the online portion was better set up and user friendly to speed up the process, and there was more staff on Saturdays.

My carrier keeps delivering mail to my house that either goes to my neighbors, or to a completely different street!
Makes me wonder who's getting MY mail!
I just yelled at him to get off his damn phone and pay attention to his JOB, since he's talking on it every time he comes to my house!

I wouldn’t recommend anyone going in here for their passport application. We went there for our daughter’s passport application and the gentleman who was working in that section was rude and a racist.

I am visiting the state for my vacation and decided to mail a present to my mom since I know it wouldn't go through the airport. First thing I notice when I walk in is an older lady being blatantly racist to a gentleman and rude to everyone she "helps". I sadly got her to be the one to help me at first. She refused to take the box we chose off the shelf and told us to grab another one off the priority mail. The absolute lack of manners is appalling to see. I recognize there will be differences between states, like how I had to pay for tape, but I expect some modicum of decency between two human beings. If I could give zero stars I would. I would have also named this lady but I couldn't find evidence of a name tag anywhere. Even if I lived here, I would never visit this post office again.
