We brought a travel trailer down to Minnesota from Alaska. On the way down, an axle was damaged. Through a reference, I learned of Ultimate Transportation and called "Michael" from Southern Alberta. Michael arranged for me to bring the RV in when I made it to Fargo. In less than two weeks, all the repairs were made and the job was finished on time and at the price that was estimated. Michael did an awesome job, kept me informed on the diagnosis and the progress. We felt very luck to learn of Ultimate Transportation and we will definitely use their services again when needed. We bought a Sundance camper from Ultimate Transportation a couple of months ago. Maddie was our salesperson and was wonderful to deal with. We also enjoyed working with others at the business. They did a great job helping to get our camper ready for us. We are so happy we found them and the perfect camper for us.

Michael Haller and the staff of Ultimate Transportation repaired our auto transport trailer while traveling from Tennessee through Fargo on vacation recently. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction is awesome. Michael shifted the schedule around to where our trailer repair was completed as soon as the necessary repair parts were obtained. The work was top notch and we have been able to continue our vacation to Yellowstone. We highly recommend Ultimate Transportation for any of your trailer parts or repair needs.

They had a cancellation and got our trailer fixed the same day we dropped it off. Mike even replaced a fuse for us free of charge. 5 stars!

Traveling from CA to MN and our AC unit went out. Garrett from Ultimate came through with the BIG WIN!!! He dropped what he was doing and straight installed a new unit on the RV right there! The family is so grateful to have the AC back in the RV! We're incredibly thankful for his quick and efficient service. A big thank you once again to Garrett for his exceptional help! Dealer is a scammer!! Stole parts off my new RV. If I could give a ZERO star I would!!!
I bought a trailer from Ultimate Transportation and dealt with Garrett. It was a brand new Forest River XLR toy hauler bought from Ultimate Transportation through an online auction for $34K. I thought how could I go wrong with it being brand new never used and it still would come with a warranty. I bought it sight unseen only with seeing the trailer with their online photos. That is the only base of what I had to go on. I bought it and arranged for it to have it to be delivered to me through an outside source.
When I received the trailer I noticed right away the chairs inside had been switched out with different ones that did not match the other furniture inside the unit. They were supposed to be rocker swivel recliners and now I have rocker swivel chairs. The battery box was missing. I called Garrett right away and asked about the chairs and box and he said he didn’t know what happened them. I wasn’t real happy with the situation and he told me since it was an auction they lose money so this was some sort of way of letting me know to deal with it.
I received a dealer checklist of everything working. As I went through the unit right away things weren’t working. Thermostat, power awning, jacks and some other smaller items. So now I had to take the trailer in for warranty work and it is a long slow painful process. After having the Rv diagnosed we had to wait for 2 months for parts to be replaced. The AC unit ( guts) had been completely removed from our unit. Stolen right out of the thing!!! We had to have the power awning motor and roller replaced due to the snow.
I have had so many issues with my new RV. While I have been able to get things fixed it has taken months and a lot of time.
Bottom line don’t buy from here. Buyer beware.

We just purchased our second travel trailer from Ultimate Transportation and we couldn't be more satisfied.
Garret and Maddie and Michael are all very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They will go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and follow up to see if you have any questions.
We give them 5 out of 5 stars and if you are considering a purchase would heartily recommend you talk to the gang at Ultimate Transportation. You will be glad you did!!

We were looking for a new Grand Design 5th wheel for the past 2 years. We checked with other dealerships across North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota but could never conclude a deal. Luckily, we found Ultimate Transportation and met with Garret and Maddie. We were very impressed with their knowledge of the camper we were interested in and they took an incredible amount of time showing us all the features and amenities of the camper. They also gave us an amazing deal, unlike other dealers in the tri-state area. Upon delivery, we noticed a few small details that required "touch-ups". In the past, we would have to pull our camper into the dealership for any type of service issue. Not with Garret and Maddie! They came to our house - promptly - and addressed the issues! Garret and Maddie are not only knowledgeable but also kind, caring and friendly. It is obvious that they love their job! We couldn't be more pleased with the support they provided. We highly recommend Ultimate Transportation!

We had a great, professional experience with Ultimate Transportation. We were traveling from Valley City, ND to Rochester, MN, a 6 hour drive, when we stopped for fuel and our 2024 Dump Trailer had a problem with the hub assembly. I called Ultimate Transportation and worked with Michael. He asked questions and told us to bring the trailer in and he would help us. Within 1 hour, on a Saturday, Michael and his service department had us back on the road. The service was prompt, reasonably priced, professional and we could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you to everyone there who helped us!
