Hit and miss on selection, not impressed with their customer service nor the fact their website will show they have an bike in stock so you drive all the way there to buy it and they only have pink ones not the red ones in their pictures and you leave emoty handed , everytime iv ever went in there not one person asks if they can help me they usualy are sitting on their phones or they vanish.
The only reason im giving two stars is they generaly have a decent selection just nobody to sell it to you

I had bought a 2021 outlander from them and it acted up the same night I got and and they where awesome at taking care of it the next day and Micheal was a very good salesman and made sure it was all tooling care of and didn’t cost me anything

I just picked up my new 2024 CRF450R from the Fargo location and I have to say the team at U Motors continues to impress me. I started buying bikes from them when I was a young racer living in Bismarck, ND because of their support for the Reidmans and other racers that spoke so highly of the deals and support they provide. Since those days my point of contact at the store has changed, but the same great support has remained since day one which speaks volumes to their culture. I now live in the twin cities and I still make the trip to Fargo for all my dirt bike purchases. For me, there is no where better and its worth the drive to deal with this great team. Michael especially has been so accommodating to every situation for my last two purchases. Nothing but smiles from me after leaving with my new ride.

I came in today to have a carry-in tire mounted and wheel bearings installed. No appointment. They had me done in less than an hour! The staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable too! Great job guys?

Jake was up front with details and machine showed up faster than expected. An accessory was not finished when I went to pickup machine but crew did what it took to get done so I could still go riding with my boy for the weekend. Thanks for saving the family time!
