The U-Haul female associate was excellent. Knew after brief explanation, exactly what I needed for move. Zero to finish in 0.9 seconds flat. Maybe a little exaggerated but, absolutely no B.S. Thanks!

I've received good service at this location but today they treated the customer who was before me poorly. The guy had a quick question before he was about to leave and they told him to wait until they were finished with me. They should cut the attitude to customer that I witnessed here today. That was ridiculous.

I've been using this storage for several years now. Also very clean inside and pest free. The only problem is that the garages only work half the time. Other times, there are cars just parked there for hours. Wish it would be 24/7 service.

I will never be using this company again, they love stealing money from you in any possible way they can, I rented a truck from them and brought it back after hours and they are trying to claim I never brought it back even though one good employee did admit that they do have me on camera dropping it off, trying to get $2,000 from me, absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend if you want to keep your money.

We reserved a one-way truck in January 2023, to be picked up at 9am this past Tuesday. The day before, I get a call from U-Haul telling me that I will pick my truck up at this location and at 8am instead of 9am. I didn't think anything of it. Tuesday we go to get the truck and the price is $200 more than my reservation. Now my reservation said the amount due at check-out, it was not an estimate. The guy who helped us, Matthew, was amazingly helpful and sweet. I showed him the reservation and he said he needed the manager (Bradley) to adjust the price - perfectly reasonable, so he called the manager with his little headset. The manager was on site but said he would come down in a few minutes. We were ok waiting a few minutes and Matt started helping other customers. 30 minutes go by, we saw the manager walk into the bay area, make eye contact with us, pick up something from the closet, and walk away. We waited another 10 minutes before asking Matt if he would please call the manager again. It was 40 minutes since we arrived and we had movers coming soon. Matt called the manager on the headset again and reminded him that we were still waiting. The manager said "tell them I'll get to them when I get to them." Now, we understand that managers are busy,and we understand no one wants to hear "customers need to talk about the price", first thing in the morning, but how rude! We waited foe over 40 minutes and in the end, he didn't even help us. U-Haul travel called to ask why we hadn't picked up our rental and when I explained the situation, she told us that the $200 was because we chose to pick up the truck an hour early. I advised her that we didn't CHOOSE that, the person who called me the night before TOLD me that they updated my pickup time to 8am and didn't tell me that I could keep it the original time. In the end we paid what our original reservation said and had amazing service from Matt, but the manager Bradley put a really bad taste in our mouth. Just a warning to anyone using this location, be prepared for him to be less than helpful, and also, when UHaul calls to update your reservation, make sure you say "no" or they will upcharge you.

We ordered 6 uboxes for our move and they were set up very nicely in our driveway and removed without issue as well. The only problem that we had was with the timing. The boxes were set to be delivered from 8-10am and showed up at noon. We had movers coming at 1030 so they needed to go do another job before they could do ours. I suggest letting uhaul know if you have movers scheduled so they can plan accordingly, and also let them know when you're closing and need the uboxes off your property.

We just rented a unit from uhaul for my sons furniture for the season. Impressed with the security. The unit seems really clean. Will add more as we move in.

I read the reviews and got a little nervous returning my U-Haul but it turns out everyone is nice. The place is clean and the guy working the front desk was in a very good mood even when it was about to snow.

Had a fantastic experience. Great service checking in and out. Equipment was in very good shape and the price can't be beat.
