If I could rate this specific location a NEGATIVE STAR. I would and they are deserving of it.When a company who specializes in rental equipment and vehicles, it’s on said company to make sure the equipment WORKS & DOESNT damage your customers already well maintained vehicle. Then continue to argue with said customer over whether the trailer connectors could drain a cell in a battery driving 10 miles. As if I didn’t drive onto the property perfectly fine.Cost 200$ for a new battery when the trailer was 15$ for 24 hours of rental. The two gentleman who worked Saturday May 13, 2023 approximately 6:00 pm act like the refund is coming directly from their pockets. Acting as if customers are the inconvenience for having a genuine complaint.This trailer drained my battery shortly between downer & barnesville @ 8:00 pm. I was stranded until nearly 9:30 on a completely dark interstate section that’s known for grievous accidents. My son was thankfully asleep. No body wants an inconvenience but we still deal with them, but theirs also a responsibility from the companies side.P.s it would be wise to not admit said trailer was just in the shop for repairs & didn’t properly know if it had been repaired or not.Absolutely no class from the gentleman who work here, let’s hope corporate can make this better.Sincerely,A past patron & ex one.

First thing I said to my wife was, if the owner knew how the very short conversation I had with whoever I talked went, they should be concerned. Very poor customer service... I actually thought I got the wrong number and had called a residence. Very uninterested and "who cares" about business.

If I could give less than one star I would. Had an appointment which was confirmed. Scheduled it on July 11th. Told parts would need to be ordered so appointment made for July 20th. Without my knowledge, Appointment was then changed to 2 and a half weeks later, August 6th. I was not notified. Showed up for the appointment and found out about the change. Had my name wrong in the computer. Informed they could not do it today because they did not have parts. Totally messed up....attempted to talk with a manager. After 4 phone calls ended up leaving message. Update: spoke with manager, stated parts were 'On order' but couldn't tell me when it would be in. Kept talking to other people while on the phone with me. Had an 'I don't care' attitude. Unfortunate for Uhaul. Poor customer service poor attitudes = poor business
