“Went to Kelly and Matt this morning for Oil Change and Taillight Bulb replacement due to being below zero outside. Got me in at 8:00am and was out the Door in 25 minutes. Good Service, good people. Another Employee also brought to my attention that I have a Warranty Replacement due for my Gas Tank and Hitch. Nobody, Nowhere has ever made me aware of these Warranty issues. Will be getting them fixed for free at the Dealership soon! Try them next time!!”

“I had a particularly cumbersome problem with my automatic window on a '99 Buick. Parts are hard to come by and still unreliable. Travis had top notch communication and worked hard to find a solution and fix the problem. I wasn't, for a single moment, facing additional costs to the initial estimate.
And they went above and beyond to accommodate me as they were working extra hard fix the problem.
The amount of things that went wrong felt like a curse, but the ethics of Quality Auto Body was a blessing.

“Traveling through Fargo towing a 37' fifth wheel. We had a spring on the axle break. They were able to get us in and have it repaired within a 24 hour period. Excellent service and value. RV repair shops are seldom able to get you in quickly and provide the same level of service.”

“Awesome place. Called and was able to get in the next morning at opening, and they had the Flowmaster 50 I was looking for. This process might have taken two weeks if I had gotten the work done in DL or elsewhere. Witnessed several customer interactions in my short 45 minute muffler change, and they never tried to oversell or rip off anyone. Great place to come for all people to be treated fairly, to say it simply. Come here if you need a new muffler cut out of your cat back...you know you do by now.”
“These boys were awesome and saved my day I had a blowout on a Mazda three had it towed and needed a tire and rim I had the auto shop it was sitting at call around for this tire and rim for over 10 days these guys held the tire and rim for another two weeks to where I can pick up tire and rim I appreciate Everything they did for me down there and I will definitely be back to do more business with him”
