It's a miracle if any of these washing stalls actually work. Absolutely horrific business. Don't waste your time coming here unless you want the machines to be turned off, and take all your money. Surprised this is in business or if it's already gone bankrupt. Wouldn't know since none of the stalls actually work

We are stuck in the car wash for about 14 minutes after it finished washing, all we need it was the dryer to start and the door open and it didn’t do that part at all. Than a worker finally come helps us after honking awhile ago. This should be our last day to use this car wash.

Ok, I can't complain, because I received a free car wash with an oil change from Valvoline, right next door. I gave it 4 stars, as it was still cold out and the dryer fan isn't the best. But the carwash as a whole was great at cleaning my vehicle.

Green light is on, we paid for the car wash, but can't get inside . We can see someone walking around in there, but they are hiding in the office. We can not even get our money back from the machine!

Spent 45 minutes vacuuming my car and when I sat in my car for 10 minutes figuring out what I needed from the store, a worker came over for snarky asking "you just hanging out" I said just for a minute and he goes "yeah for a while. We can't just have people sitting here" mind you it's pouring rain and the place is completely empty. Last time I spend money here.

I returned a week after a very bad washing in the auto wash. The service person was there and I explained what happened. The first time, the soap was out and the air dryer left my car wet or it did not work at all. When I returned and spoke to the service person he was very courteous and allowed me to get my car washed again at no additional cost to me. And the car looks great!

Used after a long read trip. Literally just a pressure washer on a track that goes around you a couple times. Hardly got any of the bugs off the grill of the car.

Worst car wash I've ever used. I got the basic car wash just to get all of the DUST off and clean it up... when I got out to take a look, it literally looked EXACTLY the same. As if I never went to get it washed AT ALL. Windshield dirty, rims still dusty and dirt all around the entire bottom half of my car!Such a waste of money. Go somewhere else for a car wash. Not worth your time or money.AT ALL.

Paid for most expensive car wash offered. Machine didnt give me paper reciept. My car was filth dirty when it came out. Spots/streaks/wet/ hazy paint. All over the wirst car was ive been to. No attendant on site. Waited over 20 mis. No one showed up. I tried to wipe my car down when ut came oyt of wash but just roo much of a mess. Will get it professionally ckean to get all the awful product off. This will end up costing me a lot. I did call phone number listed, it goes to an answer service that diesnt care. Water wasnt ever warm. Total rip off. Dont ruin your cars paint. Really, im not saying this lightly, avoid unless you want a cold rinse off. Vaccums dont work well at all and fir the money short time- at least that part didnt hurt my car. The wash actual hurt my new cars paint.
