The price on my tax preparation went up $100 after $100 discount! They should have to post their prices or give an estimate. But I did get a reusable shopping bag and a pen.

The most unprofessional place I have ever been and treated by … they charge unbelievable amount to do your taxes . They made mistakes doing my taxes on top they have no experience in communication if they feel the need they will hang up on you , that’s what you call a great business !

I had previously always filed my taxes on my own via TurboTax thinking I would be saving money. After letting TaxLady handle my tax filing I have figured out that I have been leaving a lot of money on the table by doing it myself. For an extra couple hundred dollars to have them do it, they figured out how to increase my refund by more than a $1,000! So, well worth it for me to bring it to them! I was literally losing money by not having them file my tax returns. They are extremely knowledgeable and awesome to work with!
