The worst drive up experience of my life. Do not use the drive up service ever! I have had a good experience with the drive up in Moorhead and in the Minneapolis area. The Fargo one sucks. We waited for an hour for our one bag of things we ordered. Ended up just leaving my because we couldn't wait anymore.

We came here on a mission to find a few items and ended up being here for 20 minutes longer than we wanted. We found most of what we needed, but self checkout lines were slow and kind of a pain. I didn't realize there was a regular checkout on the other side of the building. Their signage could be improved!

My wife and I went there to get some Naan's bread for my mom. The check out gal was very helpful and friendly. She told me she likes the garlic bread. I told her that the bread was for my mom. I had a hard time finding this bread. Finally got it. Keep up the good work ?. Thank you ?.

Easy to shop but are usually out of certain products. Fargo has out grown having just one location.

Fargo Target is becoming like Walmart. Order pickups are taking 3+ hours or more to fill and they literally throw things in your car. The people they are hiring could careless about anything and they all look unprofessional. I placed a pickup order of 10 small items today at 6pm and it wasn't ready at 9pm. So I called the store to ask when it was going to be ready and the lady said, "It's super busy and we are 3+hrs behind on order pickups, thanks for your patience." I then decided to go to the store and pick the order myself. When I got there, the store was dead. Parking lot had maybe 10 cars in it, but yet they were "so busy." I brushed it off and picked my items, went to the order pickup area to tell them the order was picked so they could mark it off, and they refused. Told me I had to cancel the order and go checkout. I flat out said, "I just did your job for you and you can't even mark it as picked since I already paid for it?" Nope. This usually wouldn't bother me, but Target places a hold on your card and it doesn't come off for 3-5 days, even after canceling an order. We are broke the last 2 weeks of every month and didn't really have the funds to cover the items, so naturally I was upset. I have never been one to ask for a manager in my life, I hate "Karen's" and ppl who complain about everything, but sadly this time, Target made me become a Karen. I had to POLITELY ask for the manager because something so simple was just too hard for them. And to make matters worse, the manager came walking up with security! I was just standing there with my cart of items, my phone with the Target order pull up, and my husband next to me. We are small, non-violent people with anxiety disorders and ASD, but Target felt the need to be super cringe towards us for no apparent reason. We both felt incredibly threatened by this and as my ASD husband stood there with his head down, like he did something wrong, I tried to my best to explain everything while trying to hold back a panic attack. However, the Manager, who was wearing so much perfume that she set off my husbands ASD and gave me an instant migraine, said the exact same thing as the 14 yr old kid at the Order Pickup - BUT in the most condescending, unprofessional way. I'm only 40 and I don't understand why everyone feels the need to talk like a dumb blonde valley girl?? "Like, OMG, Like we can't do thaaaat, Like it's on a system, Like Have a Nice Daaaay!" It's not attractive and its COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. It's not cute. It's just makes you look and sound like an idiot. Sadly, your 10 gallons of makeup, hair product, and perfume doesn't help much with your lack of professionalism either. Target use to be my favorite place, but now, I completely loathe going there. But when you go out of your way to humiliate a customer for no apparent reason, that's when you lose business.

Definitely check your produce a few times for drive up orders I've been given very moldy fruit or veggies. Decent selection of items if you're already there to shop but not my primary choice for perishable grocery items.
