Bought a new phone that immediately was defective. Store won't help. Terrible attitudes. They have no qualms about lying to the customer tho. No one there seems to have any ability to help unless a supervisor is there which seems to be never. I'm almost impressed with how incompetent they are on top of not caring at all. They will offer all types of free things but the irony is the phone has to work for them to be worth it. I almost hope people read these reviews and still buy from them so more people can see how bad it is. I would give zero stars but unfortunately not an option. I always feel bad for workers because they sometimes have their hands tied, but these ones just genuinely don't care regardless. Oh and I've been there only 4 months, 4 months of non bliss. If your like is stress free and you want problems go buy from these a holes. Phone melted my phone case it got so hot and they said to bad so sad? THANK YOU!

The worst customer service. Brought a new employee here and I was appalled at how they treated them maybe Maike(spelling) should get a new job. Highly disappointed!

Went in and got a new phone ? cable charger for my phone was 15 dollars AT&T was trying to charge 30 for the same thing glad I switched service to Sprint T MOBILE a year or so ago the other big two are way too pricey and proud of there service.

Kristin & Devin at this store were wonderful! Helped me set up new service with T-Mobile & was up and running in just about 15 minutes. Very kind & friendly service, highly recommended this location!

Showed up an hour before close at the 45th location, was met with a nasty attitude from the asian lady at the front. I was asking about the a phone upgrade they had as I have been with this company for 4 years, and she told me i need to come back a different day because they “close in an hour”. I will be bringing my service to a different company. The short asian lady with the bull ring at the front was extremely rude and rushed me out the door within the first minute I was there. It would’ve taken probably 30 minutes total but she wanted to kick me out and didn’t want to help at all. Extremely rude and i was spread the word that this company is garbage.

Low energy. Went in with the intention to upgrade my phone and was met the attitude to get me out the door as soon as possible with no sales suggestions at all. I'd reccomend going to a better location.

Amazing store . All the other stores in Fargo were rude and packed . I’ll never go to another T-Mobile again . Thanks for everything Cheyenne and joe you guys are more then amazing . Keep being great us customers really appreciate it . I was On my way to going to Verizon but you guys kept me with T-Mobile once again THANK YOU !!! This 13 pro max is AMAZING ??

I had the most lovely experience hangin' out and getting my new phone with this crew. All my questions were answered, everything was switched over perfectly, and I felt very confident that I'd gone to the right store. Shout-out to Joe, give that man a raise!
