I would give a zero if I could. I have never been treated so poorly by customer service reps as I have at this store. I was deceived from the very beginning. Try and go back to fight it is worthless as they don’t care. Calling the T-Mobile Experts is just as bad. I have been lied to (caught them in multiple ones), told I was a liar, and notes were mysteriously gone from previous calls. This is the most unethical and shady business to work with. I am so glad I am done with them and their so called Experts!

I went in to upgrade my phone and was pretty frazzled by the time I left due to the employee's customer service. The next day I realized it wasn't sending messages over the internet so I asked a manager and he said I could 100% come in and replace it (I have a warranty and insurance.) I come in the next day and he isn't there, but the same employees that gave poor service were. I let them know the issue to which they responded 'Oh he's a traveling manager and can't actually promise that.' They denied my request for a replacement even though I had both the warranty and insurance, and instead tried to troubleshoot the issue which they literally had to Google as they 'didn't even know Android had that'. They fixed nothing and basically sent me away with a 'just live with it' attitude. Terrible experience, I will do anything to avoid going back to this location again.

I was kicked out of the store for being "under 18" despite there being no signage to support the existence of this so-called policy.When I politely told staff that they should put up signs so people don't make the same mistake, they immediately threatened to call mall security.If this under-18 policy even exists, it's a ridiculous rule, especially for a PHONE STORE that's inside a PUBLIC MALL.0/5, would not go here again due to the rudeness of the staff.

Lebron James is the greatest basketball player I have ever seen. Lewis Hamilton is the greatest formula one racer I have ever seen. Laadyn from West Acres Mall T-Mobile is the greatest salesperson I have ever seen. Laadyn drew my friends and I in (who had absolutely no intentions of buying anything) with the sensational music he was playing. We had a genuine and friendly conversation for almost an hour all while him and Ish managed other customers needs. He even managed to get us a good deal on the new iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. If I could leave 100 Stars for Laadyn, I would.

Im not sure who hired the young kid as manager but they should be fired first. Someone buy the kid a belt and some deodorant. That store has lazyand unprofessional individuals. I've had good customer experience before with a Spanish speaking young lady and her spanish shy friend but besides them that store needs to be re-staffed. Thank you

They play the most inappropriate, loud music all the time. I wish they would exercise some restraint and understand there are young families that frequent this mall.

I went in for a simple question, I had moved my wife's account into mine but she was getting billed, I talked to a young guy I believe his name was Enrique, he give me the run around just like his boss the last time I was there. The person that use to help me no longer works there and it's definitely a disappointing, I will no longer go there as they deserve a zero star.Ps. Clean your store.

It's a mixed bag. Some days customer service is exceptional and on others it is a nightmare. Some employees - for instance Nate - are helpful and professional, whereas others (you know who you are!) need to learn how to talk to customers. And all employees should be on the same page w instructions that are given to customers. I returned to have a new screen protector applied to my phone screen after a newer Tmobile employee had an issue applying the first one and they were out of product so could not replace the one I purchased on that same day. Helen said to ask for her and she would handle it and to have employees call her if she was not there - they did no such thing. When I arrived to have the screen protector replaced I was given the third degree - and in a highly disrespectful manner - treated as if I was lying about the screen protector and trying to get over. Even after I named all the employees who I had interacted with 3 days earlier when I was having data transferred from my old to my new phone. Disappointing!! I will avoid this store going forward.

I did not actually get a phone and yet they took $800 out of my account. This was two weeks ago and it has not been returned. And I just got a bill! For service I never had. I called the store and they tell me I have to come in to solve the issue. Why do I have to go to the mall for them to solve a mistake they made? These people are horrible.

Very amazing Customer Service. Staff is very friendly, funny easygoing and knowledgeable. My family and I enjoyed our visit yesterday. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Went to T mobile today 1/25/23 and Helen was phenomenal,efficient, and has a great personality. Everyone in there was attentive to others. Manager was very encouraging with staff.
