Doesn't matter when you come, service is poor, quality is poor and you rarely get a menu item that is up to Starbucks normal standards. Drinks are made incorrectly (not even customized) and never a full cup (even though we pay $7+ for the drink). Sad when you even speak with mgmnt and no change occurs. Definitely worth driving the extra miles to get to a different Starbucks that has better service!

Tonight I went to this store on my way home to get their BOGO deal! At the window I said, I dont have my phone can you look up my #! Nope we can't do it without the App! I didn't even get the deal on my App! I was their only customer! Obviously they didn't need my business! Obviously the reason why I like Caribou better!

I'm not sure what this location does different than any other location in town, but they just cannot seem to get their drinks right. I've had a few instances where their drinks were less than standard and actually took one back. I have never brought a drink back to any coffee shop ever. I just drink it no matter how good or bad it is. This was so bad, it tasted old or spoiled. The replacement drink was probably worse than the original drink. I just don't get it. The staff isn't super inviting or friendly like a lot of locations either, so I felt awkward having to bring it back to begin with. I didn't bother taking the new one back. I just won't go to this location again. Please look into how your drinks are being made. There is definitely something off about them compared to most locations.

I am a regular customer here & usually the service is fabulous but when I was here tonight I had a really rude staff at the drive thru speaker when I placed my order & then she was also at the drive thru window when I pulled up to pay & get my order.I've never seen her working before,but she shouldn't be in customer service if that's how she is to customers.Worst customer service I've had at a Starbucks ever!I usually tip,but didn't feel bad at all not tipping her.When I placed my order order at the speaker for 4 drinks she seemed annoyed & said well that's going to take a awhile(they were all 4 the exact same drink).Then at the window scanned my phone App then handed me the tray with my 4 drinks & said all snotty that's all the farther I can reach.Not impressed at all!Sad how one horrible staff can make a store look so bad.

I just picked my order from this location and the two working were absolute friendliest baristas I have encountered. What phenomenal humans they both were. I travel a lot for work and go to Starbucks often. This was the best experience I have ever had.
