I only gave this a 3-star because I used to be a shift leader. 3-11 shift. I just don’t like what I see behind the counter anymore.
I often had to stay late because the over night shift couldn’t get their act together. I knew how to fix the cash machine and print out explanations for shortages or overages. I had keys to the entire store and I made sure everything was locked up.
I had my favorite truck drivers.
Fargos finest dropped off someone who was in trouble with them and needed a ride to Bismarck for court. A rookie cop. I said no. Soliciting a truck driver is illegal and you should know that. Secondly, it’s up to police to get that person there.
Recently, I received a phone call that my car was in the parking lot with no plates on it. Ah no, I am physically sitting in my car.
Who is responsible for this establishment now?
Apparently someone who doesn’t know how to train employees on how to check out a vehicle? Allows everyone to stand behind the counter and gossip?
That’s not the way I ran my shift.
Since when are employees allowed to park next to doors and not in back?
Perhaps this wasn’t the best way to get my position back (I walked out one day because of Rosa who constantly got promoted because of her race and always created drama).
Carry on! You will continue to have a high turnover.

I come in on Sunday to fuel up, decent place, only issue is the older woman working sunday morning/afternoon, she is rude as hell and unprofessional. Other than her the rest of the staff are cool and its a pretty good truck stop.

Very disappointed to find this is just another pilot flying j. Same food, same coffee, same prices, same old broken pumps.

Looks like the glory days are long gone ...more than half of this place is shut down and looks like they're hanging by a thread, no restaurants, none of the special stores are open anymore, hot food is available: the microwave and/or deep fried in the one out of 3 warmers, 2 are empty & no roller grill, even the walk-up fast food counter does not seem to open anymore, just used as a kichen as afar as I've seen...it's just really sad to see what's happening to truck stops in America and this place is no exception. The biggest shame is what a nice facility it looks like it could be with the huge restaurant, outdoor seating and all the little shops that are now used as storage; it's really too bad that they couldn't keep it the way it was built. 100% of the truck spots are angled in the wrong direction; every one of them without exception is blind side backing, not so good for the 53 foot & sleeper trucks. Lots of locals using the lot for storage and dropped trailers so parking can be limited to just a few reserved paid spots; early afternoon is usually your best bet, not to much left after dark. It's now a "one9" dealer so the pilot rewards system is now in play for purchases and showers- A big plus as long as I can find a place to park. It is nice to have the truck stop here at the North end of town, Plenty of tables and seating inside if you want to sit and hang out, they even have a few phone-booths from the past where you can get inside and have some real privacy, but the phones are gone. Does anyone even remember pay phones anymore?

A clean, quiet truck stop where it’s easy to find free seats at any time of the day. Polite and attentive staff, one of the best truck stops in the USA!

Half the pump card machines don’t work, and you often won’t find out until it freezes. It’s like playing the slots trying to pump gas. The tire pressure pumper doesn’t work the car vacuums don’t work, the car wash doesn’t work, and some of the card machines in the station don’t work.

Come here alot for gas as it's my favorite place since it has everything, but last time the cashier forgot to give me my change, I was gone before I realized but that's sadly $11 I'll never get back since I forgot and didn't wanna hold up a line. Returned to the store and asked her, she looked at me clueless and said she didnt even remember me coming in 20 minutes prior. Maybe if they respond I'll get some magical credit.. ?

Half the lot is reserved and the other half is full of raggedy broken down junk and dropped trailers. Literally 10 open spots at 1430 on a weekday. They’re part of the Pilot/J Franchise (one9), but do not honor shower credits from Pilot/J. Very pathetic food choices available. I’ll use their parking lot, but I refuse to spend a cent here. This place is a fine example of how a truck stop shouldn’t be.

This place was an oasis for drivers under the previous owners. It is still a nice appointed facility, but the restaurant has been closed and the music is so loud that you can only conclude that they want you out as soon as possible. I am here waiting on an appointment for a truck repair. It was a mistake to visit and I will go elsewhere from now on.
