Suppose to get bill emails never receive them whatsoever try so payment plan cause of sickness won't work with a person total junk do not use period service cut in and out frequently tech was good that installed seems that the only thing they get 4 and 5stars for switching companies

Dealing with customer service or even trying to reach anyone that isn’t a robot is near impossible. When the municipality I work for was trying to reach out about sparklight removing their abandoned communication lines out of a tree so I could continue on with my work. To my amazement there is no way of contacting any field service representative or technician and the general customer support has no way to reach it’s own employees or staff without sending a vague email through the system, that may take up to 72 hours. In my opinion as a communication company they have very poor internal communication within the company.

After almost 7 to 8 been as customer, late fees are more than you bill. 5 months ago had same issue the lady that answered whiling to cancel my service. Now I’m ready to move on other companies not even wasting my time to call them. 0% customers service in Fargo

Wow! The Sparklight technician, Zachary Wagner, was so impressive. He was so knowledgeable and skilled in making sure our internet and WiFi was set up most effectively. He was a great communicator, providing clear explanations and illustrations of what he was doing and making sure we understood the system and how to check on our connections and sdd items as necessary. He volunteered to make sure the items we had on the network were connected properly and working well. He asked for any questions or concerns we had and patiently answered each one. As he was interacting with me I kept thinking this man is really a great representative for this company, Spatklight must be an amazing company

I cancelled my services with them 3-4 months ago as when I first signed up the sales associate took advantage of me, a young 18 year old with no knowledge,and offered me the highest and most expensive service for almost $70 a month that went up each year with raised prices each year, ending at almost $90 a month. Upon my cancellation I had thought I paid all my dues but I somehow missed one, but rather then send an email or a text or call or even a paper letter to notify me of my balance they let it sit in my account, and recently had a debt collector come after me rather than personally call me so I could rectify my situation. Upon calling, my sales associate was very rude and not helpful in the slightest. I am way happier with Midco where I get the same if not better service for $32 a month.

Send out the junk mail labeled urgent response. Needed my first problem with that is they’re wasting paper causing extra trash/litter number two is it’s rather annoying especially when they’re sending it to a building that provides Internet for their tenants. They get a one star review for me for not being very eco-friendly.

I have sparklight was with midco but they services have always been great they try to match competition price when they can they didn't have a ridiculous separate modem router box that new providers were switching for they customers they let me keep the box I liked that they provided then I got my own and my bill went down 40 dollars a month they have been good to me
