Haley put in a referral for us to fix ut forward. They denied helping, even though they have the equipment to help. This issue was shutting our vehicle down as we were driving and that is scary with small children in the winter. They had the capability to do it, but refused unless you pay on their Autocare side. The entire 501c3 is based on donations. We were left out to dry by headstart then threatened by Haley if I did not stop publicly exposing what they did, Headstart would not do referrals for me, as they had called with threats clearly, because she stated they called her in the email she sent me. We are currently completely without a vehicle. I am disabled, on disability, and now we have no transportation and my daughter has been bullied out of her school. Lets talk about drug deals going on, on property. Let's talk about removing an aggressive teacher then bringing her back. Let's talk about where all the funding for the community went that Sendcaa recieves from the government. Headstart failed our family. We were already at risk of losing our home and they only made it worse bullying, making threats. Take your kids anywhere, but here.

The team that works on weatherization is amazing!! They check what needs to be done by testing how much heat loss is occurring. They return and get the project completed within guidelines they have no control over. When they are done they test their work to make sure it made improvements. There was a team of four fantastic guys who showed up to do my weatherization work. Unfortunately I only snapped a picture of two of the guys. All four guys treated my home, my pets and me with respect. Have I been denied service in the past, sure. But when I have qualified for any programs with Sendcaa I was always treated with compassion and respect! Thank you to a wonderful organization and the amazing people who work at Sendcca

They are amazing; very kind, caring, considerate and understanding. Never once had an issue. Always a good experience, the few times I have requested assistance. Helpful, friendly staff. 5 Stars. :)

This agency does not support those in need. I was rudely hung up on by one of their staff members. I asked to speak with the director only to be informed he had the day off.You should be ashamed of your disservice. Your lack of service will be reviewed.

This place is a joke. I have always worked full time and paid my bills and rent. I lost my job and was out of work for a month. My fiance's work has been slow and with all of our other bills we are now behind on rent and received a 3 day notice. I went to try to get some assistance (which I've NEVER done before) and was denied because they don't have enough funds. I worked in property management for the past two years where I saw the same people over and over, who never work, get their rent fully paid EVERY month by these people. The people who need a Little help and who never ask for anything, can't even get it. Disappointed to say the least. By the way, I have a 4 year old daughter and am expecting one on the way. So glad to see they care about the families that could use just a Little help, but could end up being homeless in the winter because of it.
