Absolutely had the best experience in this store location! My saleswoman was Cassandra, and she did a wonderful job walking me through what kind of bed suited me best and helped my back! The attention to detail was phenomenal and we found my sleep number :)

Dean is great guy to deal with for not even being in the store in over a year he could remember my name and what bed that I have. We always have give each other hard time since he's a Minnesota Vikings fan and I'm a Cheesehead. but would recommend to anyone.

I have found the bed overtime to be good.What I don't like is the beds dependence on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, not just our phones and home electronics but also with their equipment losing connections with our Bluetooth and Wi-Fi which most time renders the bed stuck at 100% many times you can't find our Bluetooth devices even if they're sitting on top of their electronic box, this could be frustrating and time-consuming.

Jean was absolutely wonderful! We came in a half hour before they were supposed to close just to check out the store and the beds and ended up staying an hour and Jean, bless her heart, wouldn’t hear of us coming back another time. We ended up leaving with a bed we loved to be delivered in the next month and we couldn’t be more excited. Thank you to Jean and the sleep number store!

Don’t ever waste your money on these things. Spend $5000+ and the computer craps out and the pump screws up. The customer service is terrible. Mine changes setting throughout the night, wakes me up and makes my back hurt. Out of warranty and a terrible investment.

We purchased our sleep number bed on Black Friday November 26th. It is now February 18th and we have yet to received a 100% functioning bed. They delayed our initial delivery twice and when the bed finally came one of the bases had a leak and they set us up with a bed we can sleep on but hss none of the features we paid for (and these beds are not cheap so your paying for those extra features.) They have delayed the delivery of our replacement parts also twice now. It has been 3 months now since we purchased and our bedroom has been torn apart waiting for this delivery. Everytime they promise a delivery we move things around and prepare our house for them to be in there and make room and then they cancel only a few minutes before the delivery window.At this point we plan to return the bed and find something better. Preferably a company that can actually deliver what you ask for without all this additional hassle.
