Great hotel and location. Bed was awesome, rooms clean and good size. Large parking lot for bus to park.

Bathroom paint peeling off ceiling and vents dusty.
Had to go downstairs 3 times to get a key to work for the door.
Mind this it midnight and I'm tired.
Informed assistance manager did really have much to say about the ordeal. I dont think I will be staying another night. Also took pictures. Too bad I can't upload them. Not worth 157.00

I would give the rooms a zero if I could. This was one of the worst hotels in which we have stayed. The breakfast was decent and the staff was very nice, but other than that, find another hotel. First of all, the quality of all the materials were as low as low can be. The bathroom had the sloppiest caulking job I've ever seen. A 3 year old could've done a better job. The cheap bathroom faucet squeaks as you turn the handles. I think they were purchased from a dollar store. Everything in the room was extremely cheap. The shower curtain was in tatters. The room was very tiny and cramped. The thermostat didn't work. It was either hot or cold in the room. The beds weren't very comfortable...cheap mattresses I'm sure. And the worst part was there were very few outlets, and the ones in the room didn't work. I think they even had cheap electrical outlets. I was scared to plug anything into them. In fact, they were all just hanging in there and you couldn't push anything into them. Nothing was updated. This hotel just shows a lack of care on the part of the owner, CEO or whoever built it. I would never stay here again. Definitely NOT worth the price. I'm glad the next hotel we stayed in was better quality. In fact, it was heaven compared to this one. But the people working during breakfast were very accomodating. They were the only saving grace. They need a raise. Seems the staff is trying to save the hotel. Fire the owners. Yes, and the room only had 2 towels. There were 3 of us. We had to share.

The Sleep Inn has been our go to hotel for our twice a year visits, for many, many years.
We have noticed a consistent deterioration of the hotel on both a physical and service level, especially during the last few years. Unfortunately this will be our last visit as the levels are just too low.
The rooms are in need of major refreshing, the beds, carpets, etc are worn down to an unacceptable level.
The breakfast, does have all of the expected items, but the quality of the items are extremely low. I'm not even sure how you can get the worst products for each and every item, but that is what they have managed to achieve.
It wasn't always like this, but it is now and that's what counts.

Was nice to come back to a hotel at the end of a long drive and rest in complete quiet. Continental breakfast had lots of options.

Stayed multiple times, cheap, clean. Sucks the pools been closed for a month or more. Forgot some clothes in a closet and they held them for a few days until I could return and get them. Location is perfect for everything I needed.

Room smelled damp and not very good.
Tv is old, no channel guide. I paid $150 for a $80 room.

We needed something close to Sanford Hospital and this was just down the street. The breakfast was a plus before heading out each morning.

The deadbolt in the room did not work at all. I was ok as I went and purchased a door brace but what gets me is how many woman and kids slept in this room unprotected before I said anything as anyone with a card could enter the room. Nobody from management even spoke to me about this and I stayed a week. Other than that, it was very clean and the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was OK, not great but it's good for free. Pool was out of service the week I stayed, seems to be an ongoing issue at this location. I prefer the comfort suites across 45th street but would stay here again.
