“My husband recently asked Indigo Signworks to print a banner for his parents' 40th wedding anniversary party, for which we would have to travel about 4 hours west. As the date approached, there was a snowstorm warning that covered the entire route we'd need to take, so we had to cancel. We left a message with Indigo and let them know of the situation, assuring them that we would pay any design or printing fees we had accrued -- but they called back and decided not charge us anything. That's going well above and beyond for customer service, since they had already spent time designing our banner. We may not be able to make it to the 40th party, but I know what company we will be using for their 50th :)”
