Shortprinter is a great option for quick turn around marketing/business items. You can create your own design & submit to them, or have them create something for you. Very cost effective for how quick turnaround time is. Haven't had a poor experience yet!

The worst communication I have experienced. I sent multiple emails of the product I wanted. I Did not hear anything from them so I followed up with them. I don’t think they know what they are doing. It’s taken 3 phone calls, 1 stop into the store to have a product that is average at best and still not done. Not once during the phone call was I told I needed to approve the product. Order online from a different company and save your hassle.

My order wasn't actually ready when it said it would be after creating the order online. Apparently, because I asked for them to make sure they could see the picture before printing (there was nothing showing up for the preview online), they stated they emailed a proof over for approval, however one was never received.3 stars because they printed my small order when I was there after the error was found. But the header wasn't centered on the cards. I also had to go back to the store the following Monday when I found that I was 4 envelopes short when mailing cards over the weekend. All in all, it was an ok experience but I will likely go with a more reputable company online for our next year's cards.
