Brought in some performance polos to get a logo embroidered on them and was very pleased. They even called to double check the embroidery color for a couple shirts as the color might not have been as visible. They offered a quick turnaround and great service. I will be back with more shirts in the near future! Thanks again, Shirt Shop!

Complete waste of time, do not bother. Really cute ideas but staff was horrible at executing them and not helpful at all.

Brought my own shirts in to have logo put on and the worker didn’t put something inside shirt so 8 out of the 10 shirts i brought in had bled through so they replaced with their brand which we don’t like because they shrink. i was not notified until after they were done and the worker made it sound like it was only a couple shirts. Terrible and waste of $185, recommend not recommend this store

I bought 5 stockings, brought them in and asked them to personalize them. Apparently the stockings I bought were too fluffy as you couldn’t really see the embroidered names very well. They took them back and cut down some of the fluff. I did not like how they turned out and I expressed this. The owner got back to me very quickly and gave me options to help satisfy what I was looking for. To no fault of their own, they are embroidering new ones for me and even helping “make it right”. Very impressed with her customer service \\u0026 with the help I received from her employee last night!

Very Disappointed!!! My granddaughter ordered a shirt, paid $26 for it, got home and the printing was backwards. She had to travel all the way back to the store to have it corrected and did not receive so much as an apology. Train your people, our time is valuable too , not to mention the waste of gas to get the shirt fixed. This is such poor customer relations. We will not be returning and certainly would not recommend this business to anyone.

Had another shirt made for my son since he outgrew his last one. They are really good at choosing fonts and helping you pick the perfect letter color for the shirts.

I would highly recommend! I did not have an experience anywhere near the other 2 reviews. Quick turnaround time, friendly staff that knew their stuff and my shirt turned out better than I hoped. I will definitely be back!!
