Attempting to pay a bill with this place is insane. Hey Ebony got a secret to tell you...IF THE PERSON IS NOT IN DON'T TRANSFER ME TO A DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT JUST FOR KICKS. I was transferred around 6 or more times when trying to just get my balance to pay the bill. paying a bill should never be this hard lol. Whatever i tried.

If I could give them less then one star I would. Son was there on Sud voucher. They asked us what we thought he needed to work on. We told them and then at group thekept asking him about it. He got mad and they kicked him out. I went to talk to them . They told me he apologized s to the counselor. But they tolerate no anger at all. I had d to pick him up by noon. Ssomeone eelseneeded bed. Found out out later that if your there on voucher. You probably won't stay long. Because they get paid whether you stay or don't. Maybe someone should look into this company

Called left messages no one bothered to call back so I emailed a complaint went to the person who was responsible for the non response so she felt the need to tell me how they were there to help and argue the point of excuses why after 12 hours I still had no response until she responded to my complaint via email. Thanks for NOTHING!

ShareHouse offers the most comprehensive treatment options in North Dakota. No other facility comes close to the variety and quality of treatments available. They offer several treatment options, Residential, Recovery Living (long term stay). Intensive Outpatient, Low Intensive Outpatient. They offer day and night classes. The groups are small and very focused. They have a fantastic staff Psychologist who also participates in patients groups. They also offer "Sober Coaches" This is very unique in that the Sober Coach is NOT affiliated with any 12 step programs or any other outside treatment models. It is a wonderful, private 1 on 1 relationship. AND continues even after leaving ShareHouse. The facility themselves are very nice and well maintained. It does NOT feel like a treatment facility. The staff that works the offices are fantastic. They interact on a "Peer to Peer" basis rather than "Staff to Client" basis. A wonderful dynamic that creates a very friendly, positive environment.Depending on your level of care you have tremendous freedom and flexibility to come and go. Again, depending on your level of care you are not BA or UA every time you comeback to the facility. You even have the freedom to smoke 24 hours a day.For inpatient clients you have a beautiful apartment free cable TV, a big kitchen with every appliance and tools to cook your own food. The Recovery living does not include food. But you have the option of eatingan excellent variety's of food in the cafeteria. Lunch is $5.00 and dinner $7.00 a fantastic deal. The Recovery Living is a PERFECT treatment model for people getting ready to transition into their own living arrangements. It feels just like having your own apartment, but with the perfect accountability for people in recovery. This is the perfect environment to be in to work on and set up a Recovery Based Lifestyle prior to moving out.I could fill many more lines with reasons why anyone wanting cutting edge treatment need only look to Fargo and ShareHouse. If your serious about sobriety or wanting to stay clean, this is it.Lastly it's impossible for me to thank all the people responsible for helping me and their stellar work without risking leaving someone out.But needless to say, Thank You All,Jamie
