I really Hate when I want to use my rewards that I’ve earned. They automatically think you’re talking about the rewards that’s offered from everyone. I always feel like I am being rushed out the store.

I am very uncomfortable with the staff and products there. I was told today by a 'licensed eticianician' that Estee Lauder, Clinique and Lacombe are the worst products on the market. Why are you selling this if you're saying this?? I have bought these from you. When I asked her why she smiled and shrugged her shoulders. I'm never coming back. This is terrible

Went into this location for the first time. I immediately felt sick due to the obscene amount of gross fragrance they’re pumping into the store. It made my eyes water and the smell soaked into my hair and clothes after only 10 minutes of walking around the store. Disgusting!!! How can I sample the perfumes or determine if the makeup products have a scent I don’t want if they’re gassing the whole place like that??

Absolutely horrible and I'm surprised this issue hasn't been addressed more than the previous review on here. I am beyond confused as to why the Sephora staff at this location are so cruel. They follow you around, never ask if you need help with any products, then at the cash register they have the audacity to ask if anyone helped me. It's a no every time. So uninviting and for that I have to get a lot of my products online due to this issue with this store. I worked for a makeup retailer before moving here and we were trained to help and greet our shoppers. Not make them feel less than. I don't come off as "sketchy" or anything. Yet they still don't offer to help. I will write corporate addressing this issue because it has become more and more ridiculous every time I visit /:

I came in a couple weeks ago to upgrade my skincare routine but didn’t really know what i was looking for - I asked a girl there what she would recommend and described to her what i use and like currently. She walked me through a few products, and then after grabbed another girl and told me she was a licensed esthetician if i had any other questions. She had me swap out one of the things I had and otherwise between the two of them I had a whole new routine that honestly wasn’t that expensive. My skin has seriously never been happier so I wanted to leave a review to say thank you!I didn’t get their names unfortunately, I just remember the first girl had a few piercings and purple/pink hair, and the second had longer brown hair.

Easily the worst makeup place in town. You only get help if you come in all made up already, and I don't think I've ever been there when they even had half of what I needed in stock. When you can get someone to help you, they treat you like you don't belong there. I will happily shop elsewhere

The employees continuously followed us with harassment, pointed at work at us, and would say what section we were going in on the walki talki. As well as at checkout saying "bag count is 2 check for anything more". My partner and I got a birthday gift and a Summer Fridays lip product. I'm not sure if this was for training or is just bad service. Regardless don't verbally accuse and distrust people especially pointing and following them. Very distrusting and violating employees. Not all teenagers are bad and deserve the harassment.

Ill make this semi short and sweet.The other day i came in to get a pencil for my eyebrows. I went to the sephora collection and there wasnt a testing product in the one i wanted to see.. i flagged over a worker.. she opened it, tested it on her hand.. put her hand up to my face then had the audacity to use her other hand and put her fingers on my eyebrow and lifted it like she was checking them out and said "Girl you need to get your eyebrows done".. i was more offended by the smirk she gave me afterwards when I told her "no i don't and if i wanted them done id do it myself ".... very! Unprofessional and rude. I came there for makeup not un asked for advice. Do not touch people with out permission. On another note... the pencil i bought matches perfectly with my eyebrows.
