Great costumer service. Very friendly! Always a employee around to help. Had an employee Jocelyn in the kids section who was super helpful, she tolerated my kid who was overtired and having a melt down. She was beyond helpful! Every employee seems happy to help you and be there. My kids also enjoyed the fair wheel. Better the any other sporting goods chain I’ve ever been to. They have everything!

Insane how everything in the store is marked up way more expensive than 90% of other stores. Bought a go pro 11 for over 400$ here just a camera and head band. Bundle deals at Best Buy with WAY more equipment for less than 350$. Last time I buy anything from this robbery joke of a store.

Just came here to buy a fishing reel and a rifle. My first gun and they explained everything very nicely, it sucked that I have to wait for the background check but they have no control over that. The staff were very friendly and every single one I passed said hi, the help I got when looking at a rifle to get as I knew very little was a lot. The rifle they recommended was perfect as it felt good overall and had a good weight for me. I can't wait to try it out, they even helped me get the Scheels visa card sign up and I'm currently waiting to get approved by that. As always Scheels has been very clean, well designed/organized, and a very nice place to come here by myself, friends, and family. I will definitely come back 11/10 above and beyond every store in Fargo for me

This place is amazing! Anything you could possibly need for enjoying the outdoors and participating in sports. Also a candy store, indoor Ferris wheel, huge arcade shooting range, etc…. Wish they’d build one in Duluth, MN!

While most of the inventory carried here will carry a higher price tag than say, Target or Walmart, the merchandise sold here is also of a higher quality and caliber and brand names with higher reputability. Scheels has a LOT of floor workers who are available to assist and a TON of great *QUALITY* merchandise. They also do quite a bit to give back to the community and support quite a number of local schools, after organizations, charities, community youth programs, after school programs, and so forth, which I highly respect. Yes, as stated already, you might spend a few extra bucks, but I'm willing to pay a premium for premium quality and knowing that they give back in a big way
