Dr. Jacobson is fantastic. Best pharmacy I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to so many.

After clearly stating what prescription and dose I need refilled multiple times over the phone, I arrive and get my meds and pay. Then I see that it is the wrong dose. I ask the pharm tech and she said they don’t make that dose (they absolutely do) so I asked how filling the wrong dose helps me since I can’t go get this from someone else since they partially filled it. It just seems, common sense would say “if I don’t have what they need, tell them.” Don’t fill a partial dose of my meds and ALSO never mention it to me until I bring it up. Not to mention, most pharmacies will try to find it if they can’t find their own solution, this was never brought up until I was visibly pissed and the girl who offered that was VERY rude about it. I’ve used this pharmacy for 3 years, now I’m done.

I am so grateful to the staff here at Southpointe Pharmacy. They may be located in Fargo but they definitely have that small town vibe. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Jeff has gone above and beyond for my mother. And I thank him for that.

I have had multiple problems filling scripts of a family member who had a degenerative neurological disease. At one point they wouldn’t even fill his viagra pills even though he had refills. The excuse given to us was “we do not have an indication”. It gotten so bad at one point that his neurologist had to call and personally speak to the pharmacy about filling his medications on time. We eventually started filling at a different pharmacy and we had no further issues. I am both a pharmacist and a physician, I must say their system needs correcting and/or better training of this pharmacy staff is greatly needed. Especially when it comes to serving patients with psychiatric and neurological diseases. I think this could have been avoided if the pharmacists had better communication with the patient and/or provider to better understand his disease. I feel like the patient was stigmatized for his neurological disease. As health care providers we signed up to take care of all patients and not to avoid the complicated cases. The owner of this pharmacy is a good man, and I know he will address this.

Never Ever fill prescription at this place, doctor specifically send a prescription to be filled went in and prescription was not filled but being charged on the same day of prescription that was a life and death situation to be exact to then be charged even though you have medicaid this has not only happened (once1) or 2(twice) when given a prescription its not accurate but a clone of something that is low cost to your health and not specifically for your treatment but even though its a cheap brand that medicaid can cover they still charge you an arm and a leg something doesn't sit right with these people they have you wait numerous times to have your medication filled even though you call in why is that!!!!

Put in a refill on December 28th, 2020, so I could get my prescriptionrefilled 1 last time without a copay. Went to pick it up on January 5th, 2021, they had returned it to their inventory so I had to pay a $90 copay. The only thing they had to say was its policy, even though they never called me to tell me they were returning it to their inventory. I will never fill another script with you again. Poor custom service.
