Utterly disgusted with the lack of expertise and customer service. They called after the vehicle had been dropped off and said they couldn’t work on the car due to “high mileage and a rust spot where it needs to be lifted”. Asked the manager to explain and he couldn’t. He then proceeded to point at the lug nuts and say they were rusted (which he also could not point out a rust spot because there are none). No mention was ever made of the frame after the initial call. So just because the vehicle has 170K miles on it they refused to put new tires on it. An absolute waste of my day for the worst customer service and the biggest lack of occupational expertise I have ever encountered in the auto industry. I will be going to Costco where they quickly got me in and said there were none of the supposed “issues” with the vehicle that Sams said there was.

Horrible service! Was very dirty! Out of half the items I was looking for asked when they will get more in the worker I talked to name was Cole and said rudely when the truck comes never have a day when it would arrive just walked away and went about his day. Also bought strawberries from them and two days later they had mold on them!

Apparently their tire center is only open until 4:30pm everyday. The website and Google are incorrect. I don’t know how people are supposed to get their tires fixed if they have work a normal 9-5. So much for free tire repair being a member perk, you have to take the whole day off and rearrange your schedule. Super convenient! Not.

I stopped in, today. I'm really amazed by the changes, over the two months that I've been a member. The new manager was a real breath of fresh air, but he was kind of anti-social and the other managers didn't know how to talk to people, either. Now, I see them smiling and talking to employees, casually. There was a real emphasis on faking friendliness a couple months ago, but now they aren't faking it. The employees are just less tense and afraid of each other, or maybe of losing their jobs, so that sense of security must translate into not finding it so hard to be friendly to customers.I assume that my criticizing everything helped, but there must have been other factors, that mean they just got lucky. Well, the customers are lucky as well. The district managers must have had faith that if they tried a little harder, that there was room for improvement. I guess the manager is patient with criticism, which is not all that common. It's really just as good, now, as when I moved to town, 11 years ago. The snobbiness is gone and they don't judge customers so much or worry about status. You can really imagine these managers getting promoted within the company or having their choice of assignment. I'm happy for them.I'm sure the good, cooperative work culture should help them in attracting employees and getting the store fully staffed. Just as long as they recommend good people, not their idiot brother. I don't know how HR would ask the employee that. Hey, are you trying to pawn your idiot brother on us?So, the managers can ask themselves if it is worth having a customer as difficult to please as me. I don't think it has been fun for them.

We were just at the Sam's Club in Fargo North Dakota and were asking if they had a certain type of coffee. Their was only one left on the shelf that was open and bent. The lady working the aisle talked with the manager Richard who said we could have it for 50% off when we got up to the register we told the lady at the register what Richard had said and when she called back To Richard she only said it was open and not damaged so when we got to the vehicle and counted them we're missing some. Very disappointed!!

I stopped at the member desk as my co worker said with his $8 membership, he got a membership card. Not the case here either. But she said they can look up my name when the paper receipt is unusable. I think I'll have my co worker use the company laminator to laminate it for me. Any who at metro Sam's I kept seeing MN gopher college stuff. My son's going to NDSU in this town so I was hoping to find Bison swag. I splurged and bought the portable NDSU lawn chair you put in a bag for $39. They also had huge NDSU coir doormats but I passed as I didn't see a price or really need one. There were Bison aluminum cups like Yeti or RTIC 2 for $34. I declined those too. I found a long sleeve green NDSU t shirt for myself. 45 pack of water and churro chips was the rest of my purchases. They close at 8 pm so I was rushed. I scanned my own purchases as only girl working was super slow.

Communication rating only. Google says they close at 7pm. Site says they close at 8pm. When there, Fargo Store says "they closed at 6pm and the site lied". Would be a good idea to decide on times so customers aren't stranded trying to use warranty service for a flat. You may need to call tow truck twice.

Cancelled membership today. Employees stand around playing on their phones. Not a single employee ever seems to be in a good mood. They never want to assist when a customer needs help and they are always very rude. Worst part for cancelling is the give a company gift card so you still need to spend money within. their company. But at least at next door at Wal-Mart they pretend to care about customers and not as rude.

Noah fixed my tire and helped me put it on my Toyota Hylander Hybrid. I ran over a small nail somewhere and ended up with a flat tire on my back drivers side. It was a muggy warm day and not the kind you want to be outside doing physical labor, but Noah happily helped me out. I tried to give him some money for helping, but he wouldn’t take it. Sams club should recognize good employees like Noah and give them a bonus for the goodwill they bring to their store.

Sams club does not care about their customers. The employees would rather stand around and play on their phones than help you. The customer service department is always way understaffed and always have I don't care attitudes. The place really needs a manager that cares and shows the rest of his store to care because right now, I doubt there is one employee willing to do anything beyond the minimal tasks of their job. I also do not believe any employee knows how to smile or greet a customer.
Lastly, not sure why it says recommends, but I do not recommend this place currently.

The best thing about Sams Club is the Scan n go app. I just wish alcohol could be purchased via Scan n go, but I understand why. There is always plenty of products in stock.
