Horrible store! Employees are rude. Lines to get out of the store take forever because they must scan every item. You better not return an item unless you want to wait in line for 40 minutes. The store is always dirty, and the shelves are empty. Will not be returning.

We tried Costco before and ended up going with Sam's club instead. Just feel like you get better deals overall.Update sans club food court needs attention, Costco lines are double the size and the service is fast, Sam's club employees are not customer service friendly and are always out of pretty much everything

I am trying to call and ask about their membership fees. They don't answer their phone ever!!! The phone will ring 50 times and no one answers!! That is so very frustrating!! We will join Costco!!!
