Paid for the scratch coating on my lenses and got a scratch and was told that I didn’t take out the extended warranty and that they’re only guaranteed 60 days. They are just bifocals that I don’t have to wear all the time and I’ve never bought the coding on any other pair of glasses I’ve owned, and they’ve never scratched. The lady kept showing me the pamphlet on the warranty and I told her that’s not doing me any good now. So if you have to buy the warranty even with the Sam’s card, you might as well go elsewhere. They know nothing about adjusting glasses either my nose and ears hurt so bad after they did it I couldn’t even wear them anymore and had to wear a different pair. I’ve had much better luck going through Walmart. This was the first time I purchased glasses from Sam’s and I will not go back.

My wife and i just recently became members of Sam's Club, After we checked out we were unsure of what the line was about as we were exiting, As we stood int he middle we kinda figured it was the 2 store workers that who checked out receipts before we leave which was fine, as we were in line for the gentlemen to the right who was scanning through peoples receipts, the elderly woman who was on the left scoffed and threw her hands up and made faces as if why we were holding up the line and made a remark, I spoke up as we approached her letting her know that this is our 2nd time here so we're still getting used to how everything goes here, after saying that to her she screamed out " HOPE YOU COME BACK TO SAMS CLUB!!" If you seriously don't like your job, don't show up, Regardless if your having a bad day at work, You are responsible to still keep a professional type of attitude especially working in the food/customer service industry, It was completely uncalled for, To many people showing up for work for a paycheck and not care for the work place itself. Not worth the membership if thats the encounters you get as your exiting your store.

We were just at the Sam's Club in Fargo North Dakota and were asking if they had a certain type of coffee. Their was only one left on the shelf that was open and bent. The lady working the aisle talked with the manager Richard who said we could have it for 50% off when we got up to the register we told the lady at the register what Richard had said and when she called back To Richard she only said it was open and not damaged so when we got to the vehicle and counted them we're missing some. Very disappointed!!

I stopped at the member desk as my co worker said with his $8 membership, he got a membership card. Not the case here either. But she said they can look up my name when the paper receipt is unusable. I think I'll have my co worker use the company laminator to laminate it for me. Any who at metro Sam's I kept seeing MN gopher college stuff. My son's going to NDSU in this town so I was hoping to find Bison swag. I splurged and bought the portable NDSU lawn chair you put in a bag for $39. They also had huge NDSU coir doormats but I passed as I didn't see a price or really need one. There were Bison aluminum cups like Yeti or RTIC 2 for $34. I declined those too. I found a long sleeve green NDSU t shirt for myself. 45 pack of water and churro chips was the rest of my purchases. They close at 8 pm so I was rushed. I scanned my own purchases as only girl working was super slow.

The best thing about Sams Club is the Scan n go app. I just wish alcohol could be purchased via Scan n go, but I understand why. There is always plenty of products in stock.

I cannot that the Baker man at Sam's Fargo that ran me and my son down with her special order of 30 cupcakes in NDSU Green and Yellow graduation decorated cupcakes, we initially settled for a pre-made red cupcakes; I just literally cried when that happened and restored my faith in everything, I was so not expecting this to happen! Bless that woman that shared half of her special order cupcakes with us for my daughters NDSU graduation, I thank the Lord and May the Lord watch and protect her and the Baker man that have allowed us to have some cupcakes for her reception! We are so thankful and grateful for that ND nice!!

Not a horrible place but I would consider it again but when I had a problem with the self checkout one of the workers didn't even help she went to the back and took a break

Today my husband and I came in to purchase four tires for his truck. When we came in to the building we proceeded to go to the front desk to buy the tires. On the desk there was a button that said push for three seconds for service. We proceeded to wait for 10 minutes and then push the button again. At that point we heard a man yelling from the back of the store saying what I'm coming his name was Nah. He continue to raise his voice at us and he was very disrespectful. When asked to speak to the manager a man named Zach came out and refused to give me his name or non-'s name. My husband and I have multiple businesses and spent thousands of dollars in Sam's Club every week. This level of disrespect is a palling and I would like a call back as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved we will be shopping at Costco.

I want to Thank the Bakery Department Saturday June 13th. An Error was made On an Order. They Not Only Took care of what was Going To RUIN A Young Lady's Graduation party. no Cake No Party Right. No. Thanks to these Wonderful Ladies and Gentlemen who Saved the Day. they Made Over 90 cupcakes in less then a half hour. And They were The Hit. everyone praised the taste and freshness. Thanks Again

Called to see if I could get my call and pickup orderearlier due to a storm. All the other 100 times I ever went there they never EVER have my orders ready always apologizing. But we pay for service! I called and had to wait over 15 minutes to see if I could get an order pulled earlier due to a storm coming with 13inches of snow. They said no! Because I was told by a Ms. Jasmine (asst store manager) due to who I was and that I didnt spend as much money as other wealthy clien
