Those drugs addicted FedEx employees signed for my package and took it home. Claiming they delivered it which is lie. I went in the office to report the problem I was told they were going to get back to me at the end of the day on 9/16/2023Claiming a contractor was sent out. My package was supposed to be delivered on the 14. They said someone signed for it by the name Lbachmann. How will the person signed for it if it doesn't match the name on my package? FedEx employees took it

If I could rate this store a 0 I would. I’m a contractor from out of town and had my package held here because I was renting a room privately from a friend. They denied me of picking up my package because of my out of state ID. Furthermore they dried to deny the owner of the build the ability to pick up my package even after they proved they were the owner. Horrible customer service as I was dealing with the manager. He wouldn’t even look at me when talking to me. While I talked explaining to him what’s going on he was fiddling with anything he could get his hands on while and never looked me in my face. At one point he was fiddling with so much stuff looking distracting himself from having to look at the person he was talking to, I stopped talking and just looked at him, as he sat there and fiddled for a few more seconds he picked up I was paying attention to his actions. He peeped up at me and immediately looked down and said I’m listening. Lol I’m not making this up.. This guy shouldn’t be in customer service or anything service related. If you work under him please don’t learn anything from this guy. He has no confidence or ability to resolve a situation assuring the customer that everything will be handled. Or any instructions how to make it right. He didn’t care.

Came here to return some linen sheets I had bought. I didn't have the original box because I had tried to wash my sheets multiple times to soften them up as they were very scratchy per the website directions. The company had a very easy return policy that stated in their email "no need for a bag or box, just bring your items to a Happy Returns location to a Returnista". That's were this Fed Ex location came into play. The young gentleman that was helping me was very polite. He just scanned the QR code the company provided and grabbed the bags to put the items in. This is where Dawn came in to the story. She appeared to maybe be the manager? She asked from afar "ma'am do you have a box?" When I said no, she rolled her eyes so hard they almost when into the back of her head. I told her what the email said, then she came up to the counter and said "next time bring in the box. My employees don't have time to try to fit these in bags". She was very rude and annoyed even though her employee was doing a great job and very happy to help. Disappointing experience. I hope Dawn's day turns around.

Had an amazing person who helped me with a business order. Offered to reprint until i was happy. Order was a bit bigger than expected and they couldn't do a reprint on one of them but she offered to try different prints. Ultimately it ended up working out with the original size and the other parts of my order were awesome because of her. I believe her name was Mina or Ami, i truly can't remember and forgot to write it down. She is amazing and deserves a raise!

The store was extremely busy and only one women was working when I came on the evening on 6/29 and she was great! She got my return taken care of and managed to crack a few jokes too!

Initially I sent my business card order to the location inside of Walmart but when I picked them up I noticed that the images were not centered and the edges were rough. The girl admitted that her cutting machine broke down so she was hand cutting the card. I told her no, that’s not acceptable for a $100 order. She said she’d redo them and they would be ready end of day on Saturday 4/23. She called me a few minutes later and said she was sending them to the fedex location on 13th because they have a cutting machine. I said okay just get it done. A little bit later another girl called me from the 13th ave location and said she can’t get them done by end of day Saturday but she’ll get them printed out and would have the Sunday crew cut them for me. She absolutely promised that they would be done on Sunday. So I agreed. I just drove all the way across town from 52nd ave to 13th Ave and was told that they hadn’t even been printed yet. This is ridiculous. I told him that they need to stop promising a completion time if they cannot get it done plus it’s a waste of not only my time but also gas to drive that far across town. Apparently fedex print shop has a reputation akin to their delivery service. I’m very disappointed.

Fedex has been the absolute worst delivery system out there!! Nothing but a problem, then when trying to get ahold of someone, it's a nightmare!! Delivery drivers don't even try to deliver the package, they put up a sticky note, then it's up to us to have to find and locate where the heck the package went...they say the nearest location...ha ha, not! I do all I can to avoid Fedex!!

Staff were really rude, a lady was frustrated that she couldn't pick up her package (not sure on the reason, this was happening when we walked in,) and they were literally laughing at her. That's the most humiliating customer service I've ever seen. They were unhelpful to me as well, I would not recommend dealing with FedEx, especially this location.Being frustrated with customers is understandable, laughing in their face because they are frustrated is cruel.I was so shocked by their behavior, I forgot to look at any names, but I was in on 3/4/23 around 4 pm when this happened.Updating based on my experience today, same kid was working, he had a bad attitude and pulled my tailgate off my truck. This has been one of the worst shipping experiences I've ever had.

Do not go here for any passport items. The most they will do is the photo and that was even incorrect for my son. We went here for my kids passports and they could only do the photo. So we agreed and then went to the post office for the paperwork the next day. Mailed them off (expedited) and then got an email from the Dept of State that they couldn't accept the photo since his glasses were on. So we had the Post Office retake the photo and paid overnight delivery. The photo from this location just cost me an extra $45!! Save your time and money and just go to the Post Office.
