I've called multiple times with no reply after leaving messages and can't send you an email after waiting for a "code" that never comes. I'd drive over and hour to spend probably $1500 but now looking elsewhere. No service here.

I have been trying to order a topper from the Fargo Radco for about 2 months. I tried to call several times, and nobody answered. Left a message several times and never received a return call. I live 45 minutes away but drove there and was told that the guy that orders toppers was not there and that I should come back some other time. I went back a week later and talked to the guy who does the ordering. I was told that they don't make a topper for my truck, which is a 2023 Silverado 3500 with the flex tailgate. The guy that does the ordering said he would contact Leer to see if they could modify a GMC topper to fit my truck. That was 6 weeks ago. I have called several times and got no answer and no return call. I emailed the ordering guy and got no response. I went to Radco in Baxter today and was told they make a topper for my truck and had one ordered in 10 minutes. Don't waste your time at Fargo Radco.

Great store with pretty reasonable pricing. But either their phone number is listed wrong online or they need more guys answering the phone. Been trying to call Fargo store for the last 2 weeks now & am not getting anyone to pick up phone. Answering machine only. Left messages but no return call or followup......

Seriously don't bother calling. Its just a waste of your time. I purchased a LEER shell from them a while back and although the product is great I'm not impressed with Radco. Dangling wires coming out the bottom of my bumper, dangling wire for the light in the shell... I recently tried purchasing a rooftop cargo box from them and the sale's manager kept trying to sell me a product I didn't want after telling the manager (only person working apparently) that I wanted a different box. I even showed him a picture of the exact box on my exact car and he still tried to sell me a different version at a higher price than advertised. Showed me the box for $639 with the price on the screen and when I asked again later he offered it $699. I walked out and have no intensions of returning.

Do not call here with any questions about products. The sales team are annoyed with answering questions when you ask them to repeat themselves because they are talking with food in their mouth they hang up . The guys in the cities are great to deal with . If you must go to the Fargo location do it in person .
