I love this place. I’ve been a loyal customer for 4-5 years. They have an amazing selection of clothes that I enjoy wearing. Although, yesterday I had a terrible experience. Please PROPER, hire people that have respect for your customers. Yesterday ( 8/9/21 around 4pm) I was shopping, and the staff member was starring at me like a deer in headlights. I really don’t know why she was starring at me because she said NOTHING at all. It was creeping me out. I had so many thoughts going through my mind. This was the first time I caught someone starring at me red handed. It was VERY uncomfortable. I actually wanted to leave the store right away. Although, I wanted her to be aware of how she treated me, so that she could be better next time. I confronted her and she denied that she did it. I am writing this review this morning because I can’t stop thinking about my experience. This staff member had zero integrity and social skills with me. All she had to do was discreetly stare or maybe ask a question but she failed miserably. Yesterday, you have lost me as a customer. The owner at the Fargo location is wonderful, I always love her energy and presence but she did not do a good job with picking this staff member. It is sad to be departing after all these years. Goodbye ✌️

Sick of shopping at large retail stores? I know I was...and that's why I loved the unique clothes and styles offered at P&P!!! The clothes were fashion forward, affordable, and made of great quality! I love how it's attached to another chic, unique store called O'day Cache! It's a fun, 2 in 1, stop to shop!
