I was just at the Home Depot in Southwest Fargo where I was helped by a young man named Colin Colin was friendly and courteous as well as patient. Customer service skills were out of this world. He showed me my different options and helped me actually remove a display model so I could purchase, it being it was the last one in the store if I were Home Depot, I'd strongly consider pushing this young man towards management or training employees on how to deal with a customer executed sale and send the buyer home with a smile at the very least give this man a raise hey

We came here to purchase flooring. Waited and looked for someone to assist. Zero assistance. We are going to Lowes. I should have read reviews before coming here. Terrible customer service. Even the lady who thanked us for coming never looked up at us.

Rude associates. Not once was I greeted when I entered the store by any of the employees or was I asked if I needed any help finding anything. I asked a couple of the associates questions and they seemed like I was bothering them. I have personally worked at one of the huge home improvement stores and I never treated any customers so poorly. Management here really needs to tighten up. In the future I'll be shopping at other home improvement stores.

The appliance department gals were very helpful and gave us wonderful customer service. They ensured that we would be happy with our big ticket item purchases and helped us sign up for the rewards program. We immediately got rewards because they signed us up BEFORE we checked out.

Curbside pickup is a joke at the Fargo store. I went today and checked in successfully via the HD app. Then I waited. And waited. And waited some more. So I called the store and the CS woman assured me that my item would be out to my truck shortly. So I hung up and waited. And waited. Then I waited some more. I finally called them and told them to cancel and put in my refund. I drove a mile to our Menards and bought the same thing; it was $2.50 more than at HD, which is weird because Menards is usually cheaper. Anyway, I spent less time purchasing the item at Menards than I spent waiting in the parking lot at Home Depot. LOL... Last time I order through curbside pickup there.

I went in today to get some ductwork in the plumbing section. The plumbing 'specialist' and another guy were oblivious to me. I asked them where the product I was looking for would be and he first said it wasn't what I needed and then took a phone call. He focused on the call and ignored me. They both then walked off without even giving me a second glance. I set down what I was going to buy and walked out. I'll be going to the competition for building materials from now on.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have to search several isles to find an employee to assist me and then it takes 15 minutes to get them over to the area I need assistance with. This happened on two separate occasions where is took over 45 minutes in order to get assistance with getting a leaf blower down from one of the upper shelves. No sense of urgency from anyone. Absolutely ridiculous!!

I went in to buy a dishwasher, first nobody approached me, 3 people chatting by desk, no customers, finally Holly came begrudgingly to help. I inquired about a Samsung dishwasher on close out in which the tag says store stock only, not floor model. She said no new ones, just this display. I asked if I got discount for floor sample, she said no. I asked her to call her manager and in 10 seconds he dropped by $50z I asked if they deliver and install, again no. They don't deliver close out. She was short and rude. Then when paying I asked again if they delivered and she said not for close out, but do for $99. Why are you in appliance business?

I went in to pick up 4 fluorescent lightbulbs on Saturday about 12:30. When we got to the checkout lanes, there were ZERO cashiers on duty and only three of the four self-checkout lanes open. There were lines for each self-checkout, about 20 customers in line total. No sense of urgency on the part of the employees to call a cashier to help, and the customers in front of us and behind us were grumbling about how poorly staffed they were. To make matters worse, nearly everybody who tried to use the self-checkouts had trouble with them, including us. The card reader was freezing up and didnt work right. All total, it took 25 minutes to buy four light bulbs at Home Depot. The level of service has been going steadily downhill for awhile now. I called and told a manager how I felt about it after we left. We'll be going to our friendly neighborhood hardware store from now on, and I'll CONSIDER visiting Home Depot again when their management decides to properly staff their stores.

I love this Home Depot! We used to have a Home Depot in Bismarck, but now this is the closest place to shop at one. It is super clean and spacious; the have a pretty good amount of products to choose from! Sometimes they have great clearance selections or deals. The staff is usually welcoming and friendly; haven't had a problem here!

I needed some assistance with a project that I needed one piece of tile for. I went late Sunday afternoon to the flooring section and was assisted by Bart. I got exactly what I needed with outstanding customer service! If you have a flooring project, or a project that involves flooring products- go see Bart! You won't be disappointed.

Home Depot has very good prices. In general, they have everything you might need. The kid's Saturday is one of the best things going on here that you can do. I usually check online first to see if they have what I want in stock and the online store tells me if the item is in the store, it hasn't been wrong yet.

Chain hardware store. Nothing fancy. The employees seem happy and courteous. I've never had any issues with this store or Home Depot in general.

If you know exactly what you're doing and exactly what you're looking for this is a great store. Good luck trying to find someone to help you if you're trying to figure it out on your own and need to ask some questions. A good majority of the people who work there seem more interested in stocking shelves than helping customers. The paint area is okay but I'm pretty sure that's because they kinda have to stick by the paint mixer. This place won't be getting my business anymore. That's for sure.
