So I moved to the Fargo-Moorhead Metro Area in February 2024 and got transferred from my old Walmart to this Walmart (Store 1581) and I really am glad I transferred to this Walmart! As far as I know it's the ONLY Walmart in the state of North Dakota that has a pharmacy inside it (Closest one that is run and owned by Walmart is in Dilworth, MN) as I have Autism and the Bipolar and Anxiety stuff and I need my meds and Wall's Prairie Pharmacy really does their jobs well! The ladies were extremely nice and friendly!I did have one issue however, their official app is glitchy or it's broken and I brought it up to them and I thought that maybe it was my iPhone 12 Pro Max that was causing the glitch, but I was told by the WPP ladies that I wasn't the only one that was having trouble and I guess the customers complained about the app so much that the pharmacy ladies had to take down the sign advertising their app.Other than that, I love this pharmacy! It's convenient because not only do I live close by, but I also work at this Walmart as the Greeter/Door Host and I can easily get my meds when I'm on break or on lunch or when I'm off the clock! I would totally rate this pharmacy a 9.6/10!I really would've enjoyed it more if the app was available but technology is technology so errors are bound to happen sooner or later and that's A-OK! :)Thanks again ladies for serving me! You just gained yet another loyal customer! I look forward to being a loyal customer of Wall's Prairie Pharmacy! :)(P.S. If the manager of this pharmacy sees this, you all do a very great job keeping an eye on things for us! We appreciate you and we need you as you're the only pharmacy in the entire state of North Dakota that is located inside of a Walmart. Don't listen to those angry customers, they don't understand some things sometimes. We as the Fargo community love your pharmacy!)

“If we had to call everyone who had a medication that wasn’t covered by insurance, I would be standing here on the phone all day.”“I called you guys this morning, you could have easily told me at that time that the medication wasn’t covered.”Continued discussion back and forth…“I don’t have to stand here and listen to this..” (disconnected the line)… apparently this employee doesn’t have anything to do ALL DAY but STAND so please someone give her something to do.Anyways, they charged me full price for a brand new medication. I didn’t find out until my significant other had brought it home. I was unable to due to the fact I have COVID which I think is a valid reason not to go pick the said prescriptions up. 1. They didn’t tell him the medication wasn’t covered 2. Didn’t tell me it wasn’t covered. 3. Didn’t tell my doctor it wasn’t covered WHICH IS WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE NORMAL PROCEDURE.But thankfully the disrespectful and sarcastic attitude from the pharmacy tech made things that much better. (That’s sarcasm)I’ve been with them for 6 years and their customer service has always been in the toilet.. the random 5 stars a year ago are skeptical because if you take away those 5 star reviews with no comments, you are left with the ugly truth. The horribly ran pharmacy. I have numerous medications that I pick up monthly so I’m a frequent customer so to say they couldn’t tell me a new one wasn’t covered under my insurance because this employee would have to do something other than standing, heaven forbid. During the 6 years I’ve been with them they’ve never done an adequate job. This is a done deal for me though.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. This is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. NEVER fill with these people as they are rude, unprofessional and overall don’t care about you or your prescriptions. The only person that I would give more than 5 stars to is the lady that gives you your prescriptions. She is so kind and I always love the interactions we have! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM EVERYONE ELSE

Needed my Thyroid medication refilled. They said with my insurance it would be over $30.00. I have never paid over $10.00 (my RX copay). I called my insurance to see if something had changed. They said no it should not have cost more then $10.00. Insurance said if they were charging more it was for extra money for them because my insurance would pay total amount except the$10.00. Just plane stealing from people.

The bigger lady with glasses is the Rudest! Every time I go there there has been issues. There’s a few people that work there that are very nice and are good at what they do, but the actions of a few poison the whole experience. If you have the option to go to a different pharmacy I would highly recommend it.

I had no problem getting my medication filled but the lady behind the counter who I asked for advice definitely didn’t know anything about acid reflux or how to take care of it because she told me my best bet would to be to drink Pepto-Bismol which only works for about 15 to 20 minutes before I am in extreme pain again they should probably make sure people actually know what they’re talking about before they work in a pharmacy

While traveling I stopped at store located at 4731 13th ave S. Fargo ND 58103 for some behind the counter cold medicine. When I got home I noticed the receipt sale price was $20.09 but the price tag on the box was $15.49.I called the store and they “checked the computer and said it rang up correct. Someone must have put the wrong price tag on the box”. Since the box was BEHIND the counter only a employee could have placed the price tag on the box. I was told “the computer is always right”Mistakes happen I understand that but the customer should NOT pay for a employee mistake.Very very disappointed!

I do have pictures of the box with the price tag as well as the receipt.

The customer service at this pharmacy is TERRIBLE! They have no follow through. I had to do the phone calls myself to get my prescription. After waiting 90 minutes, they told me they don't even carry it! Then they said they'd tranfer it to another pharmacy after I called around to find it. It was an hour drive to the next pharmacy and when we got there, they hadn't received the transfer! It took me 3 hours and a 60 mile drive by the time I received it!

Unpleasant unprofessional felt rushed, dealt with 3 staff members threw this whole ordeal. No employees were wearing badges. They made 3 mistakes within a month of my medication. No apologies were given on there behalf. Don't be telling customers a estimated time for pick up on medication over phone and then customer comes there to pick up and it was never refilled for 1. 2nd time same thing happens was told 10 minutes for refill. I came back week later to the wrong prescription filled and got charged for it and then I had to wait additional 10 minutes for the proper medication to be filled

Long lines that the staff refuse to help. Filled the wrong prescription and they insisted it was the right one and refused to get the right prescription for me.
