I typically go to this location 4x a week. I park in the same place. They do not have a no parking sign up. I'm also handicapped and they do not have a handicapped spot. I don't walk well and can slip and fall when it's icy like today. The cashier had the security guard ask me to move to a farther away spot because they said no parking is allowed. We'll put a sign up and put a spot for those that are handicapped. I pretty much go to nothing, but petro serves, but with how rude the cashier was, I'm probably not going there again or possibly any petro serve stations again. Not impressed

I was getting some stuff in the store and was checking out, and the cashier who was checking me out happened to be a child hood friend of mine. As childhood friends do and someone with good customer service he talked to me about what I was up to! One of the questions he asked was what I was doing for work, and what I explained to him was that I (myself) was planning to work at an establishment that had good pay, flexible hours, and helped college students with tuition (I am a college student). Not once in that conversation did I try to cohere this childhood friend of mine to quit his job, or to consider working here; I was simply explaining my want to work at this establishment and that’s it. As this conversation took place we where rudely interrupted by a lady who said, “Please don’t talk about that in my store to my employee’s”, our conversation there ended and left a bad taste in my mouth with this Gas Station. I have already had bad experiences with Petro Serve, I worked a while back and the reason I quit/walked out was because of the awful management, the poor conditions of the store (disgustingly dirty, felt sick after every shift, sold expired items). Clearly poor management is prevalent because of the insecurity this one manager had about an employee hearing about some other job than the one they had already, and last time I check it is not illegal to discuss another business inside a business. With that being said I thank the employee who is my child hood friend for his great customer service and conversation, and to the manager maybe it wouldn’t be a concern if you had a better and cleaner facility with better employee benefits :)

Stopped and filled up car, wife went in to use the bathroom and was told it was closed because they just cleaned it. What a bunch of Bull S!. Very disappointed!

Got charged 10 cents more per gallon than what was posted on their sign and at the pump. Pretty dishonest. I will not return.

Arrived & the line was very long. My card was declined and the associate (an older gentleman) loudly & rudely announced “declined!” in front of everyone. I checked the balance prior and their was definitely enough money on the card. No reason it shouldn’t have gone through, but I was still very embarrassed nonetheless. Never going back!

Do NOT come here for snacks or drinks. The store smells like dust and mold which is one thing, but I got a (non carbonated) energy drink from them and as soon as I opened the can in my car it began to fizz and got everywhere including my seats and my clothes. Why would a non carbonated beverage do that? It was undrinkable so i had to throw it out and about a minute after I bought it I went back in to see if I could get a refund for the bad product and both the employee and manager told me no with no reason. Never coming here again.

My band and I have spent many hours on the road and have stopped at many truck stops.However Petro has a few medium sized stations. Today what a pleasant surprise when we stopped for gas and propane.The ma ger serviced both . There was a slight problem with the propane and she handled it. When it came time to pay our gas bill and yet another problem. Wellshe took care of that also. Her knowledge and quickness seemed asi if there wasn't any problems at all.Thank you

Normally I gave really good experiences here. The staff is very nice but whoever the newer person working mornings is, is very rude won't say hi when I great him and throws my purchased items around when I ask for a bag. 7:30am 1/22/21

Got there an hour before they closed to have a PM done. They said I would have to wait until the morning. I waited. I was the first one in the door, but because tucks parked outside the bay, they took them first. I left without having PM done there. I didn't have time to wait longer. Will never go there again.

Tonight was the 2nd time this certain cashier was working that I have been disappointed. He was extremely slow (and not because he was busy, I was the only one in their both times). He struggled with actual counting of change, yes change. He was in no hurry for anyone or anything. Almost like i was an inconvenience to his evening. Terrible attitude. Shouldn't work with people at all.

I've had such few experiences with gross-talking, sleazy men up until this point in my life that hearing the 2 cashiers talk to a customer made me disappointed in men
