I’ve been going to Paramount since I was a kid back in the early 2000s and have ridden many bikes from this shop. They have built me several custom builds and get me any part I ever need. Plus Craig is one of the best custom wheel builders in the area! It’s been great to have such a knowledgeable shop in town that knows everything bike and ski! They are truly a great group of people and will help you in any way you need! The are NOT a snobby bike shop—they are the peoples’ bike shop! Judgement Free Zone! Came in during a bike tour. I had a broken spoke. The guys here proceeded to tell me my rim is bad needs replacement . He put a 7 ring cassette on thier not a original 8 ring cassette. 5 miles down the road the spoke breaks on this rim. I take it too bike shop in another town they are unable to get the cassette of of the rim to replace the spoke. Thanks guys. He didn’t swap my original cassettes out because he knew it was a faulty rim he knew he couldn’t get it off and sent me on my way Thanks guy

Bought two bikes from them and it's the only place I go for service and accessories. Service is super quick and everyone there is both helpful and friendly. It is the only place in town I'll ever want to go.

Awesome and efficient service. Friendly, knowledgeable mechanics. We stopped in while riding cross country on the northern tier route. Craig and his team took great care of us and had us back on the road in no time.

I honestly say that this place is great. Bought a seat here and the staff seem quite friendly and knowlegable. Two thumbs up from the pedalbound sailor on a concrete sea!

Wouldn't recommend based off customer service. Offered to weld together a suspension system as if that's a safe fix.

Friendly staff a fast and quality service buy local shop local. This shop always has some cool mtn bikes alot of different brands. And alot of parts in stock from popular brands. I purchased my Marin Rift Zone 1 29 there and I love it.

Great northern is the place to go. I brought my bike in for some very minor service and I got the bike back, paid for it, road around and had the same issue I brought it in for. While the bike was in the shop they also charged me $20 for things I didn’t even ask for. The bike wasn’t even fixed and they charged me extra. I’ll be going to great Northern from now on.

Best bike shop in Fargo! Craig hooked me up with my Santa Cruz 5010 a few years back... I knew I wanted a mountain bike but wasn't sure where to start... he helped me decide and my 5010 is def one of the best things to ever happen to me ? I also recently got my Salsa handlebars switched out and they did such a great job... highly recommended ?
