The Outdoorsman is hands down, the best place in town to buy firearms! Ive shopped at Scheels, Bills, and while they are good, they just dont compare to the staff at the Outdoorsman. Larry, Dave, and Mike have all been super knowledgeable, personable, and professional all the same time! Ive purchased multiple firearms from them and they have always made the process super easy and smooth. They've gone above and beyond to gain my loyalty as a customer and i will definitely be using The Outdoorsman for all my future gun builds!

Just got my Springfield 1911… Finally! The gentlemen at the store were giving me a hard time (even though they called me saying I can go pick up my gun).I showed up to get it and they said I needed to wait for another back ground check even though it was already passed and considered “open”?Love my gun but the customer service at Outdoorsman just isn’t right.

Cannot thank Mike and the friendly staff enough. My family and I have been shopping at The Outdoorsman for over 30 years. We have always been greeted with care and had the ability to speak with a staff member without feeling rushed. The firearm was way over priced and Was told there was a 15 day return policy when I purchased and that was not honored.the owner gave me the run around and and tried to give me a less than fare exchange price for a different firearm which I did not take.I can say I’ll never purchase anything from them again

Got the wrong ammo from the store because the worker told me it would work, but he must not have known what he was talking about because it doesn’t work. Never used would not exchange for right ammo.

Curt has been my gunsmith for 30+ years. I will not bring my valuable firearms to anyone else. I cannot comment on The Outdoorsman per se, but their gunsmith is second to none.
