Already wrote a 5 star review. However, I have to share a update on their previous work.
Got three "used" tires to match up my treads, 1 tire kept losing about 10-15 psi everyday.
I was too busy to get my truck in for 2 weeks. They fixed it and didn't charge me a dime.
Can't stress enough, how much these guys are passionate about providing great service every time I go in there.
Very reasonable people, they'll listen to you and won't upsell you.
I'll go out of my way from now on to give them my business. They're too consistent and this is like my 10th visit between being a company and o/op driver.

Called because on the way out West in our RV for a family trip, one of the brand new Dually tires we had put on the week was flat at a fill up. 3 hours into our trip - I called a shop nearby from Loves and they said "Definitely call OK Tire Commercial, they are your guys". I called and talked to Jordan and he said if I could get there quick he could get us in, with only 30 minutes left in the work day. He did , and then the team found the issue, and got us up and running again and out the door. No words for the kind of service these guys provided. Absolutely surprising nowadays. A heartfelt thank you surely isn't enough - your professionalism, friendliness and knowledge turned our stressful beginning of a trip into a small bump in the road

Had them service a lot my tire needs for over two years now. They do their best to get you in and out with how busy they always are.
Their pricing is very fair and they make sure to do the job right every single time. They won't do a half @ss like some other businesses will do
I mean they're a dieing breed of a good business practices.

Tried to charge $85 to mount 2 15 inch tires. After taking to Shawn he explained that is not how they do business. 1 rotten rude apple behind the counter can mess up a person's day. Got it done elsewhere this time. But may give another chance next time

Bought 2 tires 8k miles ago. The tires don't have a mileage warranty (my last set got 60k miles). One of the tires had some kind of defect (Structural) and would not balance. They made me one heck of deal on a replacement which they didn't have to do

Called in the last night to ask about direction and hours. Super friendly Jordan was great. Showed up just before 7am and the staff was already moving, alert and friendly. My tire was removed and repaired quickly by Justin. Great service!
