Checklist also identified a couple other needs. Parts were ordered and storms hit, delaying them. Maresa was wonderful with her updates while I left my car with them. “My company vehicle needed an oil change and this was my first time going to a Jiffy Lube. At 8:28am I went inside to be cut off as soon as I started to speak to be told to drive around back and get in line. There were three bay doors with a pickup waiting in front of one. I proceeded to “get in line” behind the pickup when the same man came out (with a very angry look on his face) and rudely indicated with both hands for me to go to the next door. Inside the vehicle I said there was no need to be rude. He then came to my window and informed me there would be a twenty minute wait. I was fine with the wait. After the pickup beside me backed up and left another man came to my window and told me to pull over to the first bay since the other vehicle left. I was asked to drive in over the pit and pop the hood at 8:34am. At 8:52am the first man very kindly ask if it was a fleet vehicle, scanned the code and said he would be back in a minute. He came and nicely asked me for the information folder and thanked me. He came back a couple minutes later, asked for my first name and they started on my oil change. I was finished up and driving out before 9:10am with a thank you. I started out the experience thinking that I would never go to a Jiffy Lube again if I didn’t have to but left thinking everyone has bad moments and I don’t know what is going on in the lives of others. The man that was rude seemed to realise that he was and was pleasant during the remainder of my visit. Thank you for what ended as a usual oil change and not a horrible experience.”
