Would not recommend. They did work on my vehicle last November, said that one part that they billed my insurance for was on back order and they would call when it got in. By the time Spring came around, I had still never heard from them. Ended up having to call them multiple times myself just to make sure the part was actually on-hand and to set up a time to get it installed. Overall, poor service and will not be returning. Bill my insurance and drag your feet in following through with it. Stupid

Very happy with the work Northwest did for me. Very professional and friendly. Had a couple of small issues after I got the truck back but they fixed them promptly. Work guaranteed for as long as I own the vehicle. I highly recommend!

First let me say body shop and the lady at the front desk was 5 stars. Reason for the low rating was because the guy who took pictures of my car was really really rude to me. Ok so I live out of town Ulen MN to be precise so when I talked to my insurance company they said I would be dropping the car off.. I thought that was strange but had my mom who lives in Fargo wait for me just incase. So when he told me I wouldn't be dropping it off that day I was not really surprised but here is where things go south. I told him I would be back in a min. Was gonna tell my mom she could go home he says no you can wait a few min your not leaving a perfectly good car here mind you I heard him the first time. He also postulated whether it had been repossessed. Now I am a biker so I have a beard and I was coming from work so I don't know maybe wasn't looking the best but still I was the customer and I don't feel like anyone deserves to be treated like that.Service: Body & Trim

The body work on my car looks really great! I am very happy with it. However, the customer service was not 5 star. Customer service was rude and made me feel stupid for asking questions and for checking in. I also never received updates and had to call frequently to ask, which delayed me getting my car back. It was all just a very frustrating experience.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is, in my opinion, by far the best auto body shop in Fargo, North Dakota. They have the best estimate, which is cheaper than other good auto body shops. They also take good care of the car. They repairs are flawless, in my experience. I would recommend everyone to at least go to this body shop before handing over your car to repair to any other body shop. You will get the best price.

I brought my car in 3 times after they fixed my car door the inside panel keeps popping off they don't know how to fix I believe the door is warped and they won't fix it properly because it's warranty work I would not bring any vehicle there
