Bought a Powerhorse plate compactor from Northern Tool in Fargo. This is a northern tool owned brand. Had 10 hours of run-time and the flywheel cracked in half. Worked with Northern Tools subsidiary Jacks Small Engine Parts to get a replacement part. This dragged out over a year when they finally cancelled the backorder and said they wouldn't be able to get me the part. Local store manager was no help at all. So don't plan to ever get parts if something goes wrong! You will end up with a giant paperweight. Total junk tools. Seems cheap until you have to buy 10 replacements. Harbor freight's quality tops Powerhorse quality and that is a low bar.

They stock a lot of stuff you can’t find in store other places, employees are usually helpful, only complaint is sometimes their inventory hasn’t been accurate.

Really great staff here! If they don't have what I'm looking for, they usually know a place that I can get it, and they won't try to sell me something that "might work the same" like other stores. They know the importance of having the right tool for the job. :)
