These people open mail which was misdelivered to them by their local post office. They photocopied the sensitive info and mailed it to me and kept my originals. Have these people everHeard of the word forward or return to sender. ??! Outrageous and a breach of my privacy.

It is very strange that I hsd never filed for Medicare application , but somebody filed medicare application on my behalf by doing identity theft .when I called Noridian Health care and reported fraud they hung up on me . Isn't it medicare fraud by using somebody's identitywho ou s not even eligible for Medicare
