I came in needing an upgrade and Joe helped me get a great deal by trading in my old phone and switching to the new flex plans!! 10/10 recommend doing your upgrade with Joe he is the best! Outstanding customer service compared to previous management!!

They don’t answer their phone. They did respond to this review which is good. It would be better if the answered their phone as well. I tried several times and nothing.
